We had a really fun day with Zulu Safaris!
Both my husband and I have been to the large game parks elsewhere in Africa, and almost decided to give this tour a miss because we didn't think it would compare with the large parks.
However, we had an absolute ball! Aaron our guide picked us up from our hotel, right on time, lovely and friendly.
First stop the Lion Park, yes it's small but you still get African lions right out your window! I hadn't realised the tour included hand feeding apples to a massive African elephant, so that was an entertaining surprise after viewing the lions. My husband and I climbed on the roof of the safari vehicle and Aaron took great pictures of our encounter with the elephant.
Then we drove to Tala Game Reserve, which was bigger than I expected. We were determined to find giraffes, and after about an hour of driving around we came across about 8 of them, including two babies, wandering across the track and hanging out in the bush. Really magical. Again Aaron made sure we got good photos and had the best view.
Absolutely no complaints from us, so glad we decided to go ahead with this tour on our last day in South Africa. Our only regret is not taking cash to be able to tip Aaron - being our last day we had run out of rand.
    Thanks so much Zulu Safaris!

This tour is truly amazing, prepared to get WOWed by the beautiful and stunning scenery all along the way, from Underberg, up to Lesotho. It’s also a must-do activity in South Africa. And I will let my photos speak for itself for the beautiful scenery in this tour.

Also, it is very convenient to start and end the tour in Durban, as I can easily find a flight with time suitable for me and have other activities before and after the tour in Durban as well.

A special shoutout to the guide of the tour, Thami, for bringing me all the way to and from Duran and Lesotho. I have learned more about Lesotho as well as South Africa from him. He also got a very nice music playlists that matched this road trip in the countryside. I have enjoyed the tour very much!

Another top day. Again comms during booking and afterwards top drawer. Had a brilliant trip up the estuary and saw loads of hippo and a wild croc which was exactly what the wife wanted to see.

Again, plenty of stops en-route to pick up food, drinks and loo stops which probably could be better mentioned on the website rather than just “lunch not supplied” etc. Be nice to know beforehand that there is opportunity to pick something up on the way.

Would highly recommend Tim and his team.

Loved the trip and Durban. Fortune was a kind and very courteous driver, patient and ready to provide solutions where help was not forthcoming for example at the Durban Gardens, he became the guide and at the John Dube Center (it was raining too). He was a young happy soul with good suggestions and ideas.

The tour was so great. I had a jam packed day of visiting both parks and my guide Zamani was excellent. During the drive he took the time to teach me about Zulu culture and the history of South Africa. The parks themselves were beautiful and amazing I saw almost all of the big 5 and also some hippos during the relaxing boat tour.

We used Endless Summer Tours in February and went to the Tala Game Reserve. We had the best time. Rhys was a great guide. He made sure we had great views of all the animals and he made the time searching for animals. This was a wonderful tour. I would highly recommend this company.

Like most day safaris you must expect a lot of driving with occasional wildlife sightings. It can be tiring and hot so you should expect this. Saw zebras, all kinds of deer, Kudu, water buffalos, warthogs, a couple elephants & giraffes. Also some white rinos was very nice. Being Valentines day the Rino decided to mate for us. Cute.
Great experience. We had a picnic nice lunch. Watch out for Baboons.
