The experience is always unique and the films are always get. - ShaiestaJohannesburg, South Africa3 contributionsI tried to book a movie online and the transaction failed but the money was debited from my account. I contacted Ster-Kinekor and explained the situation and requested a refund.
One would assume that this would be a fairly simple transaction to complete. However, it has been almost 20 days and my refund is nowhere near completed. They’ve sited a “backlog” as the cause. This would be fine had someone communicated the same with me.
Rather they leave their paying customers to become frustrated and send numerous unhappy emails and make countless calls to no avail.
Don’t even waste your time with Ster-Kinekor. They have zero respect for customers.
