I would describe it as a beer adventure with yummy food.

It’s not a 5 star experience it is so much better. This is as local as you can get with knowledgeable staff who are cheerful and happy to help you make decisions if your not sure.

We did the beer tasting which I recommend before buying a full glass of something. Try something new.

I’d also suggest calling before you go to check if there are any events they where preparing for an all nighter party when we went so we had some DJ music to go with our experience. I loved it.

    Secure car parking also available.
A bit of a drive but worth the experience.
Outdoor seating only, so check the weather.

1 Fox has a number of interesting places to tantalise your taste buds. Having been here a few times, with colleagues for a quick bite or family on a Sunday, the vibe is relaxed and we all get to choose exactly what we feel like.

Lamb tapas - Best lamb I’ve ever had. It was marbled and juicy and fresh. Delicious.

Pork tortellini- just 2 small portions, but incredibly delicious. Perfect combination of meat and pasta

Spider steak- some pieces are extremely rare which I didn’t like much, but the medium rare pieces were delicious with the pepper coating

Pork belly - meat is a bit salty, but delicious meal nevertheless

Craft beer - has an option of cannabis ale which is quite taste. The mad giant is an option you can’t fail with

This is a family Craft Brewery which started 5 years ago in Kya Sand, North Side of Johannesburg - down Malibongwe (R512) which you pass on the way out Lanseria airport. They brew an exciting range beers including English and Belgian Ales, American Ambers, IPA's and a bold IIPA. Their Tomahawk IPA - is one of the top rated SA IPA's on Rate Beer......Their best seller is the Jozi Blonde and they have just released a brand new North Side Pilsner. Agar's Red pairs extremely well with Steak and Ribs, and the full bodied Black Mamba stout is a go to for many. The best time to go there is the last Friday afternoon of the month when they have an open day and show off their latest and freshest brews. Look up their facebook site, and ask to join their mailing list - which will tell you about the exact date of their open days each month and their beer festivals. There is often live music and good food available and beer tasters are free.

What is not to love about Craft Beer & Pizza? Everything about this establishment is unique in its own way. The Warrior Pilsner is my favorite, as it is light and the aroma tickles the nose reminding you of the Summer Vibes. The pizza, well, this my friends, i have to say is the best pizza i have eaten. The menu allows for creating your own woodfired pizza (so you are not limited). The ingredients are fresh, the base is deliciously thin and crispy, taking your heart and soul to the little towns of italy. The atmosphere is fun and relaxing. The staff is friendly, sufficient and hardworking. The decor is African Style (based on the Zulu War Hero - Impi). The arts within this Brewery are all handmade and definately worth a few minutes of your time to stare in amazement. The lights are also something i have not seen before (but i'll keep the review comment on this silent, as you hve to go see for yourself). Try this place out! It's definately worth the drive and money spent.
