It surpassed my expectation and I hope to be back one day so that Mino can show me more. We also enjoyed the best food and beautiful accomodation. - Roam534304 contributionsThis was something I’ve always wanted to do and it was the best experience of the trip. After a warm welcome from our guide Charl, we set off and had our minds blown. 6 hours of sightings with elephants, giraffes, rhinos, zebras, impala, wildebeests, crocodiles, and some others I couldn’t name. We even managed to find a pride of lions after a quick drive to the other side of the reserve. Then back for a comforting home-cooked meal made by the owners Jenny and Peter with a glass of wine while we watched the elephants take a mud bath as the sun set. We finished off with a night viewing of a porcupine (quite rare). Charl was an exceptional guide who was engaging, entertaining, informative and whose main aim was obviously to give his guests the best experience of their lives.
