His knowledge of South African history, culture and animal life was invaluable. Anthony our guide was amazing, so knowedgable being a Zoologist, we saw so many diverse animals, I cant recommend this company and Anthony more highly and value for money. The weather was iffy, however we saw lots of wildlife and birds. Then lunch was fantastic ! Our last stop went to a private reserve to walk with the giraffes. An unforgettable experience

Hesitated because my spouse and I were afraid that we were not able to sight too many animals in their natural state. But fret not the entire experience with Joel is far from AMAZING.
Because Joel was such an amazing guide, we even did a second half day morning tour at Kragga Kamma Game Reserve to see the other animals we did not managed to catch.
He is not only knowledgeable and shared very detailed and small interesting facts about the animals, he also have crazy eye sight. We rushed from one place to another to look at those animals upclose though individual binoculars were provided as well. It is such a magical moment when the animals are just right beside you.
Joel is also super funny and entertaining and the best part is that he makes you feel extremely comfortable and like family. He is also very thoughtful and plans for the little minor details. From providing us with the option of wine, cider, soda, juice, water, snacks and even blankets just in case we were cold. Even the traditional African food he served whipped up was AMAZING. From the home-made sauce, to the salad and the juice chicken, beef, extremely fresh Kale and handmade Fufu. He had it all well planned out. Honestly him cooking the traditional food itself was an activity we truly enjoyed. It was almost like a cooking show.
Vehicle is really clean and comfortable. Joel, allowed us to have the best of both worlds, by giving up the regular vehicle and also the open top safari vehicles.
Honestly, this tour is the highlight of our entire trip. I would highly recommend anyone to go for the tour, especially if you want an amazing experience and would love to impress someone, because I know you would be in great hands. We were greeted warmly by the friendly Raggy Charters team who were so happy to tell us more about the amazing work they do in the area in terms of ocean conservation. It was so lovely to chat with them before going on the cruise. While on the cruise they were extremely knowledgeable and explained more about the sightings as they were happening. We were extremely lucky to see hundreds of dolphins and four humpback whales (one being a small calf). It was a nice drive and we saw some nice animals. The giraffes were very close and the given information provided by the guide was meaningful. We started on Addo National Park which was huge!! We find lot of elephants, antílopes, also a pair of buffalos and a group of lions far. The guides took time to explain us everything and we really enjoyed it.
At afternoon we go to a Private Reserve, and get closer to other kind of animals. Then we finished with a great dinner.
Absolutely expectations were completed.
