One of the drivers, Kevin was extremely kind and helpful in ensuring that everyone had what they needed to cross the coffee successfully. - Randy C2 contributionsGreat service. On the Costa Rica side, Kevin was incredible. He made sure we had what we needed and got to our destination. He is funny and patient and informative. He worked very hard to make sure the trip was successful and has excellent customer service. Hang on to this guy.
The communication with the reservation people was also excellent. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and were super polite why doing so. Caribe Suttle has an excellent staff. We reached out to the captain of the catamaran called the Jager Knights and it turns out this is not his listing. I will NEVER book through your site again.
