What travellers are saying
- SchhelPhnom Penh, Cambodia135 contributionsThere are actually much bigger cedar forests in the area, with hardly anyone visiting, and where you can do proper walks . This one is small but has the oldest trees and beautiful surroundings.Written 21 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - dmittlemanPalm Beach Gardens, FL1Â 443 contributionsEven as popular and crowded as it is, this monastery should not be missed. Built into the cliffside, the church is atmospheric. There are numerous nooks and crannies to poke your head into. It's a spiritual place.Written 5 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - HalcatraEdinburgh, UK483 contributionsIt is a charming place to visit, very quiet and peaceful. It may be a challenge to drive here, on last kilometres you have quite narrow and devious road so be careful especially in the winter season. The temperatures may be below zero early in the morning and late in the evening, so better plan your visit taking it into consideration. The church is beautiful, well-preserved and well maintained. The views are breathtaking.Written 19 February 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Samer ABI KHALILAngers, France208 contributionsIt was an impressive moment to reach Qurnat as sawda, the highest peak in Lebanon and the middle east. Very beautiful and funny to road between the peaks of north Mount Lebanon to reach Qurnat as sawda. Once there, some bedouins may offer you coffee. Of course, it has to be done at summer season because in winter season and even early in autumn the snow starts to fall down and cuts the road, or it could be done with professionals by walking on snow in late winter.Written 5 October 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
