The trails are great for walking and biking, the grassy areas are great for a picnic or just a blanket on a cool day, there's a new dog park that is very popular with the neighborhoods and the kayaking is wonderful.
We saw turtles sunbathing, people fishing, dogs swimming (at the dog park) a variety of birds flying, couples jogging or canoeing and families walking, stopping at a playground; and all of this was along the lake!
