What travellers are saying
- Юрий ЩPodolsk, Russia1 contributionOur visit to the brewery was incredibly impressive. Let alone the quality of the very kraft beer and lager which was kindly provided to my friends for tasting.Way to go,guys!Written 20 September 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Dmitri KSan Antonio, TX853 contributionsPrepare to be attacked by the vendors! They are quite aggressive here. You can stroll down the isles and pick a smoked or salty fish you like. Most of the vendors sell fish, and most of the choices are good!
There is a BBQ stand at the front entrance to the market. We got some BBQ take away for dinner and it was good.Written 5 October 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. There are stalls selling meat, fish, eggs, fruits and veg, clothes etc. A couple of small souvenir stalls. We enjoyed walking round, people watching. We bought some dried fruit and nuts - stall holder very friendly. A small glimpse of real life in Novosibirsk opposite the glitzy westernised shopping mall.Written 11 October 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Eva JMoscow, Russia2 672 contributionsA large market area, with a little of everything for sale. It didn't seem very busy when we visited, maybe because it was Sunday afternoon?Written 17 May 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - 7_hatawa_Singapore River, Singapore10 contributionsMe and my Singaporean friends were traveling in Siberia with 2 days stopover in Novosibirsk. We booked Russian cuisine master-class on Sunday afternoon. Frankly i wasn't that excited about this idea as i don't like cooking and I'm quite well-informed about Russian meals. I thought my foreign friends will find out more here about Russians and what they eat. And our experience in Кулинарный Клуб was way beyond our expectations!! It was absolutely fun and super interesting! First of all we liked the way owner Konstantin organized his venue. It's very spacious, bright and clean. We were in 8 and there still were a lot of space. Secondly the chef was not only highly professional but very handsome and nice. He told us a lot about Russian food customs and tradition, showed step by step how to prepare this or that dish. Btw our lunch consisted of 5 (!) meals. We literally rolled outside filled with amazing food after all :) Thirdly the is no way to describe how tasty everything was. Borsch was just awesome! We spent 4 hours cooking and having fun. What we really appreciated it that Konstantin spoke very well English so we felt like home. He made a great job out there and I will definitely recommend to everyone who comes travel to Siberia to go and check out this amazing cooking club. My friends for the first time tried authentic Russian cuisine and they were so amused that keep asking me about the next trip back to Siberia asap :)))Written 7 August 2014This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
