I had an amazing day at Chobe. The guides during the game safari in the morning and the boat ride in the afternoon were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. We saw plenty of animals. The lunch was delicious and the service was good. Overall, a great day!!

Excellent service from Livingston into Botswana... the border crossing was fast & very efficient. No lines. The boat ride was wonderful with up from viewing of the grazing herds and especially those animals that are in and out of the water. Hippos, lizards, lots of crocodiles, elephants, and Buffalo. The land cruisers were open seating. It is hot in October but dry.

Absolutely superb evening, great food, superb experience, and great staff. BUT - once we were on the train and setting off we were told that it wasn't a steam train tonight, but a deisel one, because if engine problems. When something that is a major component of an activity, and a major reason for booking it, is not included, the very least they could do would be to offer some sort of refund, particularly bearing in mind how expensive the activity is.
However, still worth doing, and would definitely have got a 5 star review if the steam train was used.

My family was fortunate to meet Clifford by chance at the airport in Livingstone and have him do our hotel transfer. We ended up booking with him for a Chobe day trip and our return airport transfer. He was an absolute pleasure that put us at ease, providing excellent service at a price lower than could be booked through our resort. All in all wonderful experiences enabled by Clifford to include a fantastic game drive and river cruise. He was kind and really great with our young kids, playing with them as we waited in a customs line at a border crossing. Can’t recommend highly enough!

It was a beautiful experience from the overnight tenting and gourmet feast to all the animal sightings! The border crossing was very easy with the assistance of our guides, and the enormity of being in the African bush was not lost on us as we very comfortably traveled to our campsite! Hearing the overnight sounds of animals and then SEEING them at first light was certainly a once-in-a-lifetime experience! I LOVED it!!

From the pickup at my lodge to the return back, the adventure was excellent. Each staff person, Benos, Tatu, Ian, were so friendly, knowledgeable and and informative. Even the lunch was outstanding. I recommend it.

This was a well tailored tour that gives visitors a good feel for life as the locals live it in Mukini Village where we went and around the larger city of Livingstone in Zambia.

Evans, the driver/guide, was punctual in picking us up from our hotel. He was also patient enough to stop and allow us to take pictures at various places we pointed out along the way to the village. He was even kind enough to stop and take us off route onto another hotel grounds to take pictures of giraffes and zebras that roam the property located in a national park. He was well spoken and articulate as he gave us the history and background of Mukini Village, the local hamlet near Livingstone that we would be visiting first.

When we got to the village the local guide was waiting for us. The local guide was very informative and took us on an extensive tour of the village where we met and chat with several villagers in their huts as well as craftsmen making artifacts for the local and tourists market.

Next Evans took us on a tour of the city of Livingstone, which is much larger and commercial than Victoria Falls. Evans explained that Vic Falls was developed by the British Colonial powers as a holiday resort town; whereas Livingstone was founded as a commercial center of manufacturing and trade. Hence the difference in size and character of the 2 towns.

We went on to visit the city center and its markets, the city hospital and the Livingstone Museum. We ended the tour with lunch at the kitchy Zambezi Cafe with its colorful African themed murals and its extensive menu of local and international foods.

I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who appreciate getting beyond the tourist traps and see life as it really is beyond the resort towns. Evans commanding calm and the cordon of confidence and security you feel while in his presence, makes this all possible without any unease.

We enjoyed and appreciated the service of Evans and his company so much that we booked another tour with him to Victoria Falls from the Zambian side for the next day.
Thank you again Evans for your kind hospitality🙏.

Our driver of Cherish Travel & Tours, Emmanuel, was a very pleasant, and trustworthy man.
This was a trip with 2 families with young children, and he was so patient and kind with everyone.
We would highly recommend to have him as your tour guide/driver!

We had an excellent trip. The pickup, the border crossings, the guide was great. We saw lions about 50 m away, many elephants, also incredibly close to our open safari truck. Hippos close by with the boat safari and an excellent lunch. The whole day was very good and even though a bit on the expensive side, it was well worth the money and a must to do when in Livingstone. Great wild park to visit in Botswana. Highly recommend the trip.
