The cemetery is immaculately presented and maintained by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission and is an excellent start point for a visit to WWII "Death Railway" sites in Thailand.
The graves are immaculately maintained, and the site is beautifully presented, with a peaceful sanctuary of quiet and solemnity maintained.

The site is beautifully maintained and as we walked each row it was a time for sobering reflection on the lives lost during the war.
If you need an abundance of detail and accompany your visit to historic sites, you may be a little disappointed.

Amazing scenery, wooden trestles, panoramic views of the river Kwai and a history lesson about how the railway was built.
The trip from the River Kwai station takes you across the famous bridge and on through some wonderful scenery and sights of real Thailand.

There is a cave with a shrine just near a bridge with an excellent view to the valley, and the shrine itself makes a nice landmark.
Great views to see the train slowly traverse the trestle.

first you clime stairs and go into the Dragons mouth, then into a vary big Temple cave with Buddha and great lighting, then clime down to a natural cave and finally get to the top where you get great views.
Be sure to bring enough water and dress appropriately.I recommend going all the way to the top, as the view is amazing.
