I can’t recommend AAAfrica highly enough! Augustine is the consummate naturalist, with an amazing breadth of knowledge of Tanzania’s wildlife, ecosystems, geology and culture. His driver/guide/naturalists are also very knowledgable, friendly, courteous and they are very responsible, skillful drivers (don’t discount that last point).
AAAfrica will take care of all of the of the details of your trip, and do an excellent job of it. All of the lodges we were booked into were excellent, with great amenities and excellent food. Our safari trip was absolutely terrific due in no small part to the efforts is Augustine and the rest of the staff at AAAfrica.

"We did our Safari in February 2024, visiting all the major national parks in Northern Tanzania: the Tarangire, lake Manyara, the Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti.
I will not go in day by day details, also because every travel or safari experience is unique! But what we alived was truly amazing.

Amazing, not only because we saw animals of all kinds: all the big five (Rhinos, Elephants, Buffaloes, a Leopard and many Lions), Hyenas, thousands and thousands of Zebras and Wildbeasts, Crocodiles, Cheetahs, Thompson gazelles, many species of birds. But, also, because we had the privilege of experiencing unique situations such as: lions hunting, lions meeting, we spent a day with Hadzabe tribes and Maasai, even the experience of having a lion passing close to our tent overnight!
I'm an amateur potographer, I have been to many countries in Africa doing safari (Botswana, Zimbabwe, Namibia, South Africa, Madagascar....), but this was really a lifetime experience.

And now let me thank who made all this possible. Thanks to Stephen and Jasper from Swala Safaris for their patience in fullfilling all my wishes, taking care of any single detail (from car's equipments to room types in lodge/accommodations) without surprises......from paper to reality! And, thanks to ChaCha our super, amazing tour guide/driver, full of skills, knowledge and full of a contagious enthusiasm......simply number 1! TOP !
    Thanks! Alex, Enzo and Paolo."

Our Kilimanjaro trek was incredible. It is a hard hike and straight up the mountain so beware! Going with Easy Travel made it as smooth as possible though. Both Musa and Charles were great at keeping us going slowly but steadily up the mountain. "Pole, pole" as they say in Tanzania! This was especially important the last night when we were at high altitudes. The team also had so much energy and life which was infectious and really helped us continue even when it got hard. In the final night when we were summiting, the team was even singing and playing different songs. It was so fun and I don't know how they had the energy to do that even while at 6k meters! We had a little dance party at the top too.

Overall incredible experience! Great team! Food and tent set up was great too! All worked very well

Our safari experience with Soul of Tanzania was excellent! We did the 3 day, 2 night trip to Serengeti and NgoroNgoro Crater.
Honestly, the whole experience exceeded our expectations and we credit it to our amazing guide Cleopa! He was extremely knowledgeable and worked with the other guides to find us incredible animal sightings. We saw all of the Big 5 plus so much more. I have included some pictures- the one we didn’t get a picture of was a leopard in a tree eating its kill. With a better camera, we would have gotten that picture but we have the memory.

We have just returned from a trip organized by Safari Adventure, carried out in February 2024, which included a climb on Kilimanjaro followed by a safari in the western parks of Tanzania. Our experience was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the precise organization and the quality of the support structures selected by the agency.

A special thank you goes to Masha and Michela, who took care of every detail of our travel package, demonstrating professionalism and an exceptional dedication in meeting our needs and desires. Their attention allowed us to live this adventure with the utmost serenity.

From the beginning, we were greeted by a team of highly competent professionals. A special thank you goes to Stephen and Nelson, who led our climb, proving to be experts, patient, and incredibly supportive. The group of porters who accompanied us was fundamental to the success of our adventure: without their help and encouragement, the climb would have been much more challenging.

The second part of our journey saw us exploring the western parks, under the expert guidance of Elia. His knowledge of the local flora and fauna, combined with a contagious enthusiasm, made every day of the safari a unique and enlightening experience. Elia did not just show us the beauty of the landscape and the animals, but enriched our trip with anecdotes and in-depth information, which made the safari even more memorable.

Some advice for those considering a similar trip: prepare physically for the climb, as Kilimanjaro offers significant challenges; bring a good pair of binoculars for the safari, as it will allow you to appreciate even the more distant and shy animals.

In conclusion, our experience with Safari Adventure was unforgettable. The professionalism and passion of their team, together with the exceptional organizational support of Masha and Michela, made this trip not just an adventure, but a true journey of discovery. We highly recommend to anyone wishing to explore these magnificent lands to rely on them.

We just came back from a wonderful , well planned and organized safari to Kenya and Tanzania for 12 days and with an additional 5 days in Zanzibar from October 6th to October 23rd 2023. We really want to thank Lisa Adams who helped us plan and coordinate this memorable, private safari and leisure time in these countries. We had marvelous, respectful , reliable and so knowledgeable guides and drivers. First, Kelvin Vinkar from Dove Africa, the sister company in Kenya, was on time at the airport and despite the fact that we missed our connection with Qatar airlines, everything turned out quite well with the airlines personnel and we were on time for our schedule to go to our first park Amboseli and to Kibo safari lodge for two nignts. Perfect, we had game drives on both days that were unbelievable with the Kilimandjaro that was so clear. We were able to see so many species of animals such as girafes, elephants, zebras, Thomson's gazelles ,antilopes, impalas, waterbucks, cheetahs and lions with all their beauty and living environment. The Kibo lodge was very comfortable with beautiful views of the Kilimanjaro. We continued our itinary to lake Nakuru, 9 hours of driving and stopping at the incredible Great Rift valley. We were so happy to visit the park as we saw 2 rhinoceros, mother and baby , we were at our 4 th big 5 already . We were a bit late to arrive at the Ziwa Bush Lodge that seemed to be very nice, so quiet and peaceful, the staff accomodated us so nicely for one night, The next morning we left for the Maassai Mara reserve and Olengoti eco lodge at Narok at the Talek river . What a reception on arrival we got by all the staff, an incredible 2 days , having breakfast and dinner with the hippopotams and crocrodiles and beautiful and memorable game drive to the awesome Maassai Mara reserve , The plains are so beautiful and the animals are incredible. We were able to visit a Maassai village near the camp, memorable time with these beautiful people and children. We learned so much of their culture and habits. Kelvin with his calm and patience drove us safely for 5 hours through massai mara reserve to the border of Tanzania. We didn't have trouble to pass the border and customs and Bonnie , Boniphace Sospiter our incredible guide for Tanzania was already waiting for us for the take over. We were heading to the Serengeti park north side to Gnu migration camp. We were the only visitors , what a service we had . With a little of rain but a real blessing as David said. Marvelous meals and attention from the staff, We already start with a game drive that was so wonderful in Serengeti parks with all the beautiful Gnus and Zebras and the next morning a leopard our 5th big five that was missing so far, Bonnie was so knowledgeable, sensitive , very helpful and very accomodating to all our needs and ensure we see animals in all their behaviors of calm or hunting. He ensure in every camp that we always had our lunch to all game drives on long days. We loved so much all the Mawe lodges that we visit along our itinary in Serengeti and Norongoro crater, Karatu and Tarangire national parks. All the teams and personel of the Mawe lodges are so welcoming, so nice and so handsome . We loved everyone we met. Bonnie drove us to the airport after 7 days of intense safari games but so memorable in the savanah . We flew for internal flight to Zanzibar with flight link and other driver Luqman was waiting for us, and drove us to Tembo hotel, in Stonetown, so beautiful and confortable on the beach with a wonderful view of the port. The next morning we were able to have a visit of stone town that was very interesting to learn the history and culture, the big market. We could visit the Freddy Mercury museum. After we left for Pongwe beach hotel for 4 days that concluded in peace and rest at the marvelous beach and resort with excellent cuisine. We will always remember this wonderful trip of East Africa and Zanzibar and we are so happy to have chosen Kilidove safari and tours for planning the trip as everything went so well , so safely and so well organized and the choices of the lodge or camp were so confortable and we ate everywhere so well with an outstanding service with amazing staff. Thank you to every one we met in this incredible journey and you will always remain in our hearts. Hakuna Matata. Louise and Serge from Montréal, Québec, Canada.

My wife and I just returned from a Serengeti Safari through Overseas Adventure Travel. Our Kibo guides were hand picked by our travel agent and were spectacular! Godliving, Joseph, Marjan and Livingstone were extremely knowledgeable very accommodating and man could those guys spot game! More importantly, they treated us all like family and were especially attentive to a member of our group with a physical disability. They are true professionals and simply fun to spend each day with. In addition, a shout out to the crew at the Kamaresh Camp. Fred, Goodluck, Kababa, et al. Great food, hot water and a very clean camp. You all were great! I highly recommend letting Kibo guide you in northern Tanzania and the crew noted above in particular.

Lomo is a very professional team. We can tell they are on business for quite some time. They had everything well prepared and planned from the minute we arrived until the day we left. The food was amazing, many options. The team was amazing, the energy, attention and knowledge were impressive. Simply everything you look forward in a trip to such a unique place as Serengeti. The accomodation was superb. They think of all details and are ready to accomodate any needs. We were a big group of 23 people and everything went smoothly. I would totally recommend this company to any friend. Wish I can come back one day to Tanzania and meet the LOMO amazing guides again.

My adult daughter, and I traveled to Kenya with infinite safari, and had an amazing adventure! Alan organized a very safe and wonderful agenda that extended way beyond the typical Safari requests. We brought supplies and visited multiple philanthropic programs relating to our goals: Rescue homes (gender based violence) , rehab centers for people as well as animals, clean water initiatives, and education programs for poverty stricken children. We felt completely safe though many of the areas had potential for danger. By far our college educated travel guide, and new friend Nicholas was the best part of our trip!

We hat a very pleasent time even during the "rainy" season in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro-crater. We viewed tons of animals of all colour, shape and species. Both overnight accommodations met all our expectations, especially inside the Serengeti in a "Resthouse".
Thanks Edwin for 3 exceptional days in the wild - the next time in Tanzania you will be our choice 😉
