We had a wonderful time making rice pilau and a Tanzanian salad, and learning about the good work that WEHAF is doing. We also bought lovely handmade items from the women in the program. I recommend this experience!

Outstanding!! The guy who does the pottery class is a true artist who knows everything about clay and does a great job teaching and sharing. The ambiance is wonderful. The funds benefit a children’s home nearby which is run by wonderful kind people.

I am skilled at jewelry making so was surprised to learn a new way of making a tied bracelet. A novice will enjoy making their own piece easily, or you can choose something more challenging, as was my case. With skill and a bit of humor the crafters guided me in creating a personalized work of art, one I wear with pride!

Additionally, there were a variety of beautiful pieces to purchase which helps keep the program sustainable.
