What travellers are saying
- Tristan SAalborg, Denmark3 102 contributions12 noon and place totally deserted. Even the stall sellers were missing. Lots of btickabrack and domestic ware. 15 minutes walk and that's it. However if you like coffee ☕ there is fantastic roastery half way through, finest ground Turkish style coffee with cardamom. Price 10 🔟 shekels for 250 grams.Written 18 October 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Dana MHod Hasharon, Israel25 contributionsMy spouse and I spent a lovely afternoon with our great host Basem. Our gracious host offered us coffee and proceeded to enthusiastically explained about the long history of clay and ceramics while weaving in his family’s history.
After the introduction, we were led to a workshop with many interesting machines and Basem told us the story of each and demonstrated the techniques. We also got a thorough explanation of how clay is made.
Then came the third stage and we got to experiment with the clay and create our souvenirs.
We again got pampered with wonderful hospitality: tea and baflut.
We also bought some special pottery for our plants.
Thank you, we will come again.Written 28 January 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Yvonne B3 contributionsThis place is certainly recommended for spice lovers! The service was very good and the hospitality wonderful! We got explanations and some hot ground coffee as well as some lentil soup to drink as it was cold and raining outside. The enterance was difficult to find but it was worth the effort.Written 9 February 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
