The private tour to the Tayrona Park was the best decision. Juan Polo was our tour guide and we were lucky to have him. He was funny, he knows a lot of. The history of the park, the nature, plants, animals , the Colombian culture, etc. he kept us going through tbd whole hike. We were able to spend a good amount of time in the main two beaches. The food was really good. Overall had an amazing time and will do it again and again. Our driver Hader was also a really nice person both Juan and Hader carry on with the conversation and we were able to learn things from Santa Marta and its surroundings.

I had a beautiful experience on this sunset sail whilst in Santa Marta. The experience was relaxing yet fun and the sunset was absolutely stunning. We had a gorgeous vantage point from the water! I enjoyed watching the city lights after the sunset as well. The crew were very friendly & accomodating and it was simply a lovely experience. I would do it again & recommend to anyone looking for a nice evening activity.

Andres was an excellent tour guide and was so knowledgeable about the history of Santa Marta. He was also very easy going and fun to spend the day with.

We first walked around the historic Old Town. He first walked us thru the gold museum explaining the importance of gold to the region. We then went to the Cathedral, the City Square and he even showed us the oldest Hostel in the city.

We then drove to the suburbs to visit the Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino, which was the house of the hacienda that was lent to Simon Bolivar in 1830. He was the liberator of Columbia and several other South American countries. He spent his final days there and passed away there. The house and grounds are a memorial to him and the area was beautiful.

All in all it was a great trip and I highly recommend this tour and Andres!

Meeting the Kogi tribe with our guide Carlos was quite an experience. We got to see how they live, exchange with them and learn a lot about their way of life.

Our guide Carlos was perfect, he answered all our questions about the tribe, life in Columbia and much more.

100% would do it again !

Great hike through beautiful jungle to beautiful beaches. Our guide was fantastic as he provided an historical perspective of the National Park and surrounding environs. He pointed out plants and fauna as well as very interesting medicinal uses for some. We got to see monkeys and a variety of bird species. Plus, we got to see indigenous peoples and learn about their history and ongoing efforts to preserve their culture and way of life.

Spectacular, magical place, still fairly untouched with enough good balance of modernity, but definitely nature steals the show.

What a fun adventure! We felt like we were in Romancing the Stone, riding a jeep up through mountain "roads" to see grand waterfalls and visit an amazing hotel for lunch. If you want Instagram worthy photos or just to take in the beautiful vistas, this is your tour!

While the driver spoke very little English, he was very nice and good driver. Our guide was great. Would do it again, if I improved my fitness level!
