- Mr W3 contributionsUpon reading the reviews I contacted William ahead of our arrival into Zadar and he arranged for pick up from the airport and transport to our accommodation about 45mins away. Such was the standard of the service we arranged for pick up and travel to onward destination 6days later. William was prompt and took us directly to the ferry, arranging early pick up for our journey to airport 5 days later. All seamless and at a fair price, cheaper than others we enquired about too. I can’t fault any of the experience and would defo use again if we return to Zadar.

Next year we will book Lets Go again. From planning the arrival to the departure, everything always went perfectly. Lets Go is very professional, reliable and always on time. This company is our driver on every trip from Zadar to Novalja. If I could, I would give 10 stars. We booked him via email a month before our cruise ship arrived in Zadar to take us to Krka National Park and old town Zadar. Johnnie was very quick to respond and was waiting for us when we disembarked. He has a roomy and comfortable van which could easily accommodate 6-7 people. Johnnie happily answered our many questions (in good English)about life in Croatia. He dropped us off at the park and came back to get us at a designated time and then dropped us off at Old town Zadar and again picked us up at a designated time to return us to the ship. - Michael C4 contributionsWe hired HB Transfer from Split to Venice for our family of 7 with 14 luggage bags. We were so impressed with Kresimir and his driving, not to mention his knowledge and understanding of the road as a professional safe driver. Kresimir stopped us along the way for bathroom and food and was very courteous and an absolute gentleman.
The van was exceptionally comfortable and clean.
I would recommend Kresimir and his team highly as you will not only have a driver but a guide and historian with a great conversation all in one.
We hope to see you again and when you visit Australian, give us a call.

He was very accommodating and always on the lookout for what we needed.
He went out of his way many times to make sure we got what we wanted and when we wanted it.

Jelena was an excellent guide, very friendly and welcoming and keen to share her knowledge of the place.
The park itself is one of the most beautiful places I have visited, the lakes are so many different hues of blue and green the effect is mesmerising, and most of the trail takes place over a raised timber walkway which compliments the park well.
Sometimes you visit nature parks and come away disappointed because they are visited by people that should ideally remain in their homes - fire damage, litter/cigarette butt's everywhere and the like. This is not the case at Plitvice Lakes, there is a level of care here that is hard to find elsewhere and the place is very clean with a 'leave nothing behind' ethos.
If you love nature and you are visiting Croatia you owe it to yourself to visit this park. The large car (5-door Škoda Octavia) was perfect for the family and all our luggage. They had the car ready in Zadar airport when we arrived and communication was good via Whatsapp - particularly because we missed a connection and arrived on a later flight. We have used them several times over the last years and are always very pleased.
They have first-class vehicles and drivers. Transport us safely and comfortably, are punctual, reliable, and very service-friendly! We visited several stunning beaches by private boat, and then had a walking tour of old Zadar with Tina. Marin, the skipper, was excellent, and Tina was extremely knowledgeable. It was seamless to plan this tour and to execute it by communicating with Dragan through WhatsApp. This for me is the gold standard of tour operators. We couldn't find our apartment in narrow city center streets, he helped us find our way around town and recommended a few places to visit.
