- Francesca_in_LondonLondon, UK161 contributionsWorth seeing if you are in Bucharest. Worth booking in advance if you do not to wait for the next slot. An interesting contemporary history landmark…if you are in Bucharest might as well visit it.Written 30 December 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Elly_Love_to_TravelToronto, Canada220 contributionsThe most beautiful place in Bucharest!!! The building designed by the French architect Albert Galleron on the foundation of „Societatea Equestra Română”. The organ was built on the great composer George Enescu ’s initiative. What is also impressive is the fresco composed of 25 scenes representing Romanian history.
I was lucky to find tickets for the concert dedicated Romanian National day, performed by ‘George Enescu’ orchestra conducted by Leo Hussain.
Definitely will return with the first occasion.Written 16 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Take a step back in time and see how Romania has developed over the years and that of its dwellings and methods of production.
It’s like being in a small world exploring through time.Written 9 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Pay attention to the cobble stones, my girlfriend had a hard time with her high heels.Written 31 December 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Κωνσταντινος Κ1 contributionVery interesting and all of the employees were super nice and had knowledge of their craft. It isn't very big but it has so many information that you need hours to read it all.I reccomend itWritten 17 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Jason SMelbourne, Australia1 693 contributionsLocated in the old town part of Bucharest, one of the main streets to visit that has the most action.
I think Lipscani is much better at night to visit as the atmosphere is much better with the buildings lit up, also people are more relaxed just looking for Restaurant/bars and enjoying the moment.Written 2 December 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The Mansion is very impressive and it's a lot larger than what it looks like from the outside. The daily tours sell out so you should buy tickets online and make a reservation. It's definitely worth visiting. I enjoyed the tour and took lots of pictures.Written 15 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Split into three levels there are animals, nature and artifacts as well as a little science.
