Best backdrop insta zone imo is the Silver Gardens. On my visit they had 2 Light shows at night one around 8pm the other between 9 and 10. Usual spot for locals training

Recently visited the Botanic Gardens & they were beautuful, tips for travellers, take an umbrella.
We also had issues locating a taxi our guide advised us of the correct gate & the staff called us a car.
Well worth a visit, the orchids are truly spectacular

We saw some mixed reviews of the zoo, and that made us nervous. However, this zoo was amazing. We did the River Adventure and the Zoo parks in one day. It was a lot of walking (~6 miles) as we didn't opt for the free tram. The park is amazing. Animals are everywhere and not always contained, so stay on guard. They also have local troops of primates that roam the park that is not cared for by the staff, and they often get into other enclosures and steal food from other animals. The grounds are immaculate, like all of Singapore, and the staff is very knowledgeable. We went on a Thursday and it wasn't too crowded. I recommend getting a cab to/from, we used Grab to do that. Cellular was fine in the park for U.S. Verizon customers and they had free Wifi as well. Grounds also have lots of cover in case a rain shower moves through that allowing you to continue to enjoy the park. I highly recommend visiting the zoo.

We visited in June 2022 and booked tickets online which we recommend doing to avoid the queues.

The cloud forest is amazing and highly recommend. We visited in the evening as we were going to the SuperTrees after but the cloud forest would be just as good during the day as the evening.

If you're looking for amazing panoramic views of Singapore, go up Marina Sands Hotel onto the Observation Deck. You will be guaranteed some amazing photos. I did feel the price was somewhat costly having done similar trips in other part of the world for views etc and there isn't much to do once you are up there but if you can pick up some discounted tickets it's an absolute must.

If you want a capsule to yourself and fancy a Singapore Sling, then pay the money. We went at night which was worth it.

who loves nature an especially birds should visit Juong Birf Park. A wide stretch of jungle like woods with many different and interesting birds is worth a visit

The creativeness of these trees is amazing, especially as they are all made of LED lights. there is a show every night 7.45 and 8.45 definitely worth a visit.

Very cool! Like so many things in Singapore, it’s beautiful and modern and has nature at its heart. A lovely place in a lovely city

The ride is smooth and comfy. It's not that scary even when you reach the towers. We had a lot of fun riding the cable car and will certainly do it again once we go back to Singapore.

You can buy anything here and particular good for cheap gifts. Lots of local food, gets busy. Central location means it’s easily accessible from other areas on foot or via the MRT

Perhaps the 12-kilometre walk around the MacRitchie Reservoir is not one of the stand-out visitor attractions of Singapore, but I loved it. It's so close to central Singapore and so easily accessible, but within minutes I was away from the crowded city. The boardwalk sections of the trail were particularly beautiful but so were the forest trails. Even on a hot day, things were shady. The trails are popular with local fitness enthusiasts and families, all of whom were observing COVID safety rules most carefully.
