What travellers are saying
- ZN9999Mollymook, Australia415 contributionsAnother example of the garden city. plenty of things to see here.
The orchid gardens are improved since the last time I was here. I can't remember the cool house before. And new paths and everywhere.
Even saw a large monitor lizard stroll across the car park and disappear into the bush.Written 14 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Jeanifer GLafayette, CA14 contributionsA definite must see if you are in Singapore. - Mg1mcsc7 contributionsWe went around 5pm and were very surprised having not been there for around 4 years it was clean, smart but still lots of atmosphereWritten 20 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- CanberraSteve38Canberra211 contributionsPerhaps the 12-kilometre walk around the MacRitchie Reservoir is not one of the stand-out visitor attractions of Singapore, but I loved it. It's so close to central Singapore and so easily accessible, but within minutes I was away from the crowded city. The boardwalk sections of the trail were particularly beautiful but so were the forest trails. Even on a hot day, things were shady. The trails are popular with local fitness enthusiasts and families, all of whom were observing COVID safety rules most carefully.Written 2 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- DavePakChepstow, UK29 contributionsIf you only have time to visit one Buddhist temple then this is the one you have to see. We were blown away by the beauty and calmed by the atmosphere. We really felt like we left the busy city and had walked into another world away. It was so peaceful.Written 5 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Mg1mcsc7 contributionsMarine Bay is fabulous just to go walking and take in all the atmosphere, shops etc. A few lovely stops for lunch and from there its a leisurely walk to the GardensWritten 20 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

Lots of shade and possible pitstops.Written 20 March 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - John JacksonSingapore, Singapore918 contributionsOne of my favourite places to hang out, cycling, jogging, walking or to have a barbecue by the beach.
Since I got to Sg , I'm going there every month and it's always a good vibe, the view and just a fresh air.
You can book a barbecue pit or rent a bicycle,Boat , etc.
It's quite a few of bars and restaurants around the area as well.
If you like to exercise that will be a good spot to run or play some volleyball.
