We liked one place in particular which we found by accident where they were selling shoes and bags etc on discount. Its a conservation area and we found several wine bars serving traditional or international food. Enough to keep me busy for several hours, from lunch until dinner. This mall contains two of my favourite stores, Daiso for bargains and Spotlight for arts and crafts.
For eating, I suggest you look at Arteastiq.
Near Dhoby Ghaut MRT underground station which connects to a lot of places. It is so modern and its wide spacious place is welcoming to anyone who is keen on browsing or reading mags or books. I love to sit on their cushy chairs and sofas to read exciting titles while I look around for any familiar celeb faces. I particularly love their beauty floor and also the basement household department where they have cooking demos going !

Unfortunately during our week in Singapore the sky hung thick with smoke and haze from fires burning in Malaysia. We could barely see a mile in any direction. Choice dishes are prawn mango rolls with wasabi, Liu sha bun & cereal prawns. Complimentary kong cha & gelato ice cream was replaced with free flow coke. Good service with change of clean plates, refilling of beverages & most importantly the dishes were served hot!
Out of the 54 listed items on their Set A menu, 6 items were not available.
