Itamer was an amazing tour guide- his knowledge of history, Israel, and the Bible all fused to make this trip really memorable. All the sites we visited were amazing, there was ample time at each one but it didn’t feel like we were there for too long, and Itamer did a great job conducting the tour in multiple languages for different people. He truly cared about each person having a great experience. Visiting Jesus place where he grew up and did most of his ministry was truly incredible and the price for the tour was great. The guide Eyal was very provident and professional! I Learned a lot about the places we passed by. We went through the sites without any hurry. The things were explained in an very eupeptic manner.
Although we passed through the Westbank in summer 2024, there was no impression of any danger on the way. Local people we found where very kind at all places.
The stay at the beach was about 1.5h, enough to enjoy this extraordinary place.

- Chelsea K23 contributionsIf you're trying to debate what tour is a "must-do' while in Israel, this one's the one! Absolutely phenomenal. Our guide Michael was so knowledgable and detailed about everything as well as very personable. We were fortunate with traffic the day we went so Michael was able to add a few interesting stops along the way too. This trip truly is an adventure as the name states! We crossed through rugged terrain, dipped into Oasis waterfalls, saw wild Ibex on mountainpeaks, and to end the day we relaxed floating in the dead sea in front of pools of hotsprings. The tour being in a car rather than a big tour bus made the experience far more intimate as well as allowing to travel to places busses can't go off the beaten path. On top of all that Michael provided a delicious picnic lunch prepared by himself! - Robert D7 contributionsMax did great as a guide and our driver was safe/professional. The guide, Max was sensitive to my wife's disabilities. Max was multilingual too, knowing both Spanish and Russian, as do I. This was helpful, as I didn't need to translate to Spanish for my wife. He could speak directly with her. The tour was great also because I preferred to relax and let someone else drive for a day. We felt safe and cared for as well, given the current conflict situation. The tour was timely, fun, and educational. It was a pleasure to experience what Israel's northern Galilee region had to offer. We came to Israel to volunteer, as well as for sightseeing. - Tom KTucson115 contributionsFour of us went on shabbat. Had our own small van since no one else had signed up. Masada is incredible, not to be missed. Also enjoyed En Gedi - good hike with several waterfalls. Would recommend a tour with 2 hrs at En Gedi since you need that to do a decent hike.
Our driver spoke limited English and there was some confusion about the "included at no charge" visit to the Dead Sea after En Gedi. We were first taken to a shopping area which wanted to charge us about $25 each and apparently if we listened to the sales pitch we'd get our money back. We told them we didn't want to do this, showed the itinerary that said "Dead Sea visit - no charge". Eventually, after a lot of phone calls presumably back to the main office, we were taken to another entrance to the Dead Sea beach and were not charged. Samuel, our tour guide, took the three of us on a one-of-a-kind Jeep trip through the Judean desert, stopping for amazing pictures and explaining to us the historical background and regional significance of the various sights. Samuel was professional in every way, friendly and very knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better tour guide. This was one of several trips I had already taken with Ben Harim Tours and it certainly was another outstanding experience. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Naomi5 contributionsActually, it was not our plan to take this tour. We booked a four-day trip, but for the last day, we were the only two tourists. Therefore, Bein harim offered us another trip, and to sum up, we got this trip for free, as a fifth day. This was a huge advantage for us, since we wanted to go to the Dead Sea anyway, but on our own and by Public Transportation it would have been more complicated.
Nevertheless, the tour was great. Our tourguide, Joab, explained everything quite well. He was also our driver, but this was not a hindrence to talk well. You could easily understand him, even tought his English was not the best, but he gave a huge effort in it and you could always understand the meaning. While he was talking, you could formly hear his fascination for what he was talking about. Another special thing about him was, that he was a friend of all those local people who worked at the touristic sites. Therefore, it was all the time very friendly and we felt welcomed as well.
During the tour, some interesting political facts were told. Besides the present, it was also worth to hear about the past in Jericho, where we could see an old town.
It was also somehow funny to go down the Jordan River and see the tourists from Jordan. When we went up to the Mount of Temptation, we were given enough time to go up the stairs, which was especially important for older people (also due to the heat).
Our last stop was then at the Dead Sea, where we had about two hours, which is enough to swim in it and apply the Dead Sea mask.
All in all it is a tour which is worth to visit.
