The class is easy to find, and booking in at the office is simple and quick!
I opted for the morning tour, so I also got to go round the market with the class.
The kitchen is modern with new equipment and really nicely decorated!
Our chef, Cho, took us round the market and explained to us what dishes we would make and why we needed specific ingredients to put in each dish. She even gave us our own bamboo baskets to carry the ingredients in!
Cho did a great job of making everyone welcome and part of her cooking team.
She was always warm and smiling and also making lots of jokes! Well done, Cho!
We made four dishes in all, Tom Yong soup, pad Thai, red curry & mango sticky rice. However, some dishes vary depending on the day!
We were also given a goodbye gift and a recipe leaflet covering all the meals we made!
I would 110% advise you to take this class, it really is amazing.... Well done, Tingly Thai team... 5 Stars!
