It was a blessed experience. Sam and her staff were wonderful people, passionate about their job and respectful to the animals. The horses benefit from a wild environment and the sundowner ride was just perfect from beginning to end. The stunning colours of the bush made the experience even more fulfilling, if you have a spare afternoon in Windhoek consider visiting this little paradise close to the mountains. 100% recommended!

We join the 8 day’s private tour in Chameleon Safaris. I had the distinct pleasure of having Justus as our tour guide, and I cannot commend their work enough. He exhibited an exceptional level of professionalism and patience, which made our experience not just educational, but also thoroughly enjoyable.

Justus is extensive knowledge on a variety of subjects was impressive. He delivered information with a perfect blend of humor and facts, making the learning process fun and memorable. It's not every day that you encounter a guide who has the ability to make history come to life with such enthusiasm and wit.

I highly recommend Justus to any traveler looking for a comprehensive and delightful touring experience.

Booked Wild Wind Safaris for a custom 3 night 4 day tour. Tour and activities were exceptional. Was able to see Cape Cross, Pelican Cost, Sandwich Harbour, Namib-Naukluft Park, Solitaire, Dune 45/Big Daddy, Deadvlei, Sesriem Canyon and Windhoek. My tour guide, Jephta was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable on Namibia, a great driver and provided exceptional service. I highly recommend using this tour company

I am so happy to enthusiastically recommend Blue Crane Safaris! From our initial emails with Derek, who helped us plan the perfect tour for our group of 5, to the trip itself, with our amazing guide Me-Gusto, the folks at Blue Crane went above and beyond to make this a remarkable visit. I'm a travel writer, and have traveled extensively around the world—this was absolutely a first-class experience. Me-Gusto was wonderful company, and taught us about Namibia's natural history, wildlife, botany, culture, history, and geology. He got us to the right place at the right time for amazing photos, and took into account the individual interests and abilities of everyone in our group.

Ellen, from Wild Cherry Tours arranged a superb trip for 8 of us. We were fetched from the airport and transferred to White Lady lodge at the base of the Branberg mountain. We walked for 3 days. Absolutely flat, about 15km/day. We started at sunrise, stopped for breakfast which was a sit down meal/camp in the middle of nowhere, and finished at lunch. We had superb cool weather of about 20C. We arrived at our campsite which had been set up for us and were served lunch. The afternoon was spent resting, chatting and reading. The nights were chilly. I loved the proper pillows that were supplied: new experience for a hiking/camping trip! The 3 days walking up the Brandberg were tough but manageable. We were joined by a German family, including two daughters: 13 and 11 yrs old. We camped on the mountain and the following day walked to the summit and back: 16km. We spent another night on the mountain. It is possible to do it with just one night on the mountain but I wouldn't advise it. The next day coming down (with a heavy back pack) was easier was still relatively slow. The night skies were remarkable as was the peace and quiet. We left all social media and worries of the outside world behind us. Thank you Ellen and your team.

Katutura tour was absolutely amazing if you want to see the real life. It is sad and also really interesting. Erick, our guide, was really good, knowledgeable and he is from the place and grew up there. We enjoyed meeting the locals and try to talk with them. It’s a must if you are interested in what is the real life in Africa. Highly recommended and I would give a 6 stars out of 5 to our guide Erick.

Desert Air was wonderful! We were in very competent hands with Richard our pilot. He was incredibly safe, professional and respectful. (My husband - a general aviation pilot- can attest to this as well.)

It was incredible to see Namibia from a bird’s-eye view.

Richard was also a wealth of information on Namibia and South Africa. We really enjoyed talking with him and dining with him. (Your pilot goes along on your trip since your lodges are in the middle of nowhere many times.) Dining and socializing with your pilot is certainly not required and Richard didn’t expect to, but we always invited him and enjoyed his company. We parted ways as friends.

Desert Air is an amazing company and we would certainly use them again.

Our travel agent in the U.S. contracted With sense of Africa for an 11 day tour of the Namib Desert, Sosussvlei dunes, the Skeleton coast ( Swakopomund), Damaraland and two locations in Etosha national Park, and a Cheetah rescue/preserve. We were more than happy with our guide, Panda, who always had our best interest at heart and was willing to make any changes we wanted, as we were just a two person private tour. We had a small SUV which was new, and rode well over the media is mostly gravel roads. We spent a lot of time in the car as there is a lot of distance between these points. It was also October, apparently the hottest part of the summer, and the driest. The air-conditioning in the car was excellent. Accommodations were good to very good, and although there were a few hiccups regarding what our voucher said and what our travel agent in the US had promised was all inclusive, with calls to the office it was all straightened out quite quickly. Panda took care of everything quite efficiently. He was very knowledgeable about the tour sites, and gave us personal tours at locations on the road. He was also interesting to talk to about and baby are in the people, various cultures, and any aspect that we wish to discuss. A great adventure.

We had a 7 day vacation in Namibia that required 3 flights with Scenic Air. This is a great way to get to different places quickly (2 passenger Cessna). It is safe, clean, and professional. The flights were on time and we had great pilots. Fantastic views from the air that you wouldn't get from the ground. I never have landed on bush runways before - real fun. Great experience. I highly recommend Scenic Air.
