Perfect night tour! Don't hesitate to book it! Our tour guide was Paul and our bus driver was Sean. They were wonderful! Paul was incredibly knowledgeable. As a history buff, I can tell you that his facts were right on, and I learned a tremendous amount. He was hilarious and he sang with a great singing voice. But the thing that was most impressive, was his compassion and care for each member of his tour. He took the time to help a grandfather and grandson find a family member's name on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. When a couple did not come back to the bus, he had Sean drive around the monument until we found them.

In order to see each monument, it does entail quite a bit of walking. Paul was very clear about the time allotment at each location, and we never felt rushed. The Lincoln Memorial and the Korean Memorial had lost electricity and were in complete darkness; metro police blocked everyone from seeing both monuments. Paul felt do sorry for the inconvenience, although it was not his fault at all that he added the Eisenhower Memorial and an up close tour of the Capitol Building.

    Note:
They give unlimited water to tour guests.

The gathering place is a little confusing because it's lots of tours meeting in the same area. Once you check in, they send you to a line for your tour and then place you on buses until each bus fills.

We had an absolute blast! Upon arrival, we checked in promptly, and all group leaders were friendly. We started on time, and my tour guide Raphael, was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The day started off with amazing weather, but we experienced about a 15 min rain shower. Raphael provided ponchos for the group, so that we were not soaked sitting on the open top bus. We continued our tour, and he kept the moral high all throughout. Would highly recommend if you would like to knockout a good bit of DC city touring in one day. We saw a ton.

Great experience. It is a fast paced walking tour, so old folks like us struggle to keep up. Toward the end we completely lost sight of our guide and stood there waiting for him to come back and find us. Lol
Awesome tour rich in history. Once we were lost and the guide came back to find us, we opted to separate from the tour and hang out at the library of congress. My wife and I are both book nerds so we were able to get library cards and enter the library floor itself. Great experience.

Me and my husband had an amazing time on the tour. Kirsten did a great job of explaining everything in detail along the way. We felt like we left with so much knowledge and would definitely highly recommend for anyone to take this tour!!!

Kris was rated number one driver at the company (definitely true he was great)! Also James could not stop cracking jokes made it a lot better than other tours!! Also James pointed out a miss spelled word at Lincoln Memorial, (here’s a hint it is near the word corresponding) 😉! 10/10 would do again to get more sunset pictures!!

Dr Ed Cook was our tour guide. He was very informative and extremely patient and offered to take our pictures which was awesome and very nice! The evening weather was just perfect, not too cold or too hot, and seeing things at night was thrilling and so different than during the day. I would highly recommend this tour. It was a full two hours from beginning to end. Wonderful experience!!! Thank you Dr. Cook!

I cannot express how fabulous this tour was. Our guide Nick, and Driver Ms Sylvia were too notch. We were there during Cherry Blossom Festival and it was so packed full of people but they got us in and around all the monuments with ease. Even when traffic was a huge obstacle, they were able to make seamless transitions from on place to the next. Nick had interesting information to share, above, and beyond the typical tour guide information. He, and Miss Sylvia were super friendly, cheerful, and courteous throughout the entire day. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to see the major monuments within the capital, it was well worth the money. thank you again Nick and Ms Sylvia, my husband and I, and our three children had a blast!

The best way to start our visit to Washington DC! Our tour guide, Sebastian, was very knowledgeable and fun to be around. We had the leeway at each stop to take our time and explore. Would highly recommend!

Great way to see DC without excessive walking. You can get off and on the bus based on you interest. It was the perfect decision for those who were not able to walk long distances. The price was fair as well. The children in our party were thrilled by the top open part of the bus.

Dion was our tour guide on this excursion and what a phenomenal person he is. His knowledge is immense and he made the day out extremely interesting for all of us. It was my birthday and I chose to go on this trip as my birthday treat and I am so glad that I did, it was the perfect day out, we also had amazing weather and Mount Vernon if definitely worthy of a visit. If there was a downside it was that we did not get to stop in Alexandria or visit the river front of Alexandria on our way pass.

I've been to DC many times and Wes taught me many things on our wonderful night tour. I'm not normally one to do tours but I highly recommend this tour and Wes.

This was a good overview of the sites in DC. It was fun to bike around and see everything without too much walking for our kids. They enjoyed biking. It’s not very informative as a tour, but you do get to all the sites and get to see everything. Our tour was a group of around 15 people biking together.
