    Review of: Tourist Information Ladismith
    Interesting history of this Klein Karoo town
    Very interesting articles and artifacts in this converted church building. It did seem that much had been removed from a visit we paid here some 6 years ago. But nevertheless enough to keep us interested.
    One small gripe - Ladismith is synonymous with Towerkop, but there was very little material concerning the mountain and the history of its ascents, some of which are very unique in Southern Africa.

    Well worth a visit.

    Review of: Karoo Vine
    Finely selected wines, brandies, gins and more
    Stopped at Makadas on the way home from Knysna and found ourselves spending ages with the very knowledgeable gentleman running the Karoo Vine across the road in Ladismith. Learned a bit about the small batch and award winning wines of the Karoo, as well as the guns and brandies of course. Walked out with some fine gifts for friends and a few bottles to treasure for ourselves. I’ll be checking out their curated boxes which they deliver.
