What travellers are saying
- LBrSouthport, UK26 contributionsGreat play with great actresses. Lovely venue with friendly staff. Free play for International Women’s Day. Just a shame this was perhaps not advertised wider as the studio had many vacant seats.Written 11 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - jacky hBradford, UK213 contributionsBeen trying to visit here for ages but just couldn’t get dates or time right :( but last weekend enjoying a post ‘Spoons breakfast stroll hubby spotted the ‘open’ sign and we decided to go and what a little gem this place is! Receiving a warm welcome we explained it was on our list and finally we finally made it (having been once before many years ago). For a very reasonable price (considering you can stay as long as you wish and go round as many times as you want to) we loved the whole thing, we loved looking for the crossword clues, counting the fairies and entering the competition and the trains being on motion sensors ensure you always see moving trains. We were amused by the shop name puns - hilarious & clean fun! We enjoyed a cuppa in the cafe and used the nice facilities. It was the last day of their season so was great timing and nice gentle fun :)Written 27 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - permiaIreland40 931 contributionsInteresting to see that with its 1860 opening, it is both the oldest iron pier and second longest one in Britain. Admirable honours.
However, unfortunately due to its temporary closure for essential works, we didn’t get to stroll along and appreciate its greatness.Written 30 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
