Rinse took us around Reykjavik to some distinctive and fascinating food venues. He was informative, considerate and personable. A great experience that was made all the better by his serenade at the end of the tour.

Unreal view, the guides were super knowledgeable and friendly! The ride up to the glacier is almost as much fun as the snowmobiling itself. Insanely beautiful views, and you get a couple of minutes to play in the snow or take pictures.

We did a tour with Sindri, and we could not recommend their company more. They’re two local guys running a small tour company, and they know the glacier like the back of their hand. Sindri was extremely knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to make sure that we got the most for our money. There are over 30 tour companies doing glacier tours, which means the glaciers can be crowded during high season. However Sindri’s knowledge and experience meant that he knew how to beat the crowds so that our tour really felt a lot more unique and isolated. On top of all this the glacier it’s self is unbelievable - a once in a lifetime experience!

Our leisurely walk around Reykjavik was led by the amiable and knowledgable Tomas. No question was too much bother, no wind cold enough to lessen his enthusiasm for the task in hand, expertly guiding us motley group of strangers through the streets and history of Iceland’s capital city. Highly recommended!

Cannot rate this funky walking tour highly enough. Lalli was our guide. He was superb. Knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and funny. We learnt so much about Iceland, and he didn't gloss over the bad bits either. Was an excellent walk around the city centre and we discovered places we didn't know. It was topped off with a hotdog (yum) and some money saving tips. Would definitely recommend this tour if you want to know the history of this amazing country and get it delivered by one of the friendliest people going.

We met our guide Oli at the meeting point, and he felt like a friend right away. He took us to some great local restaurants/food stands, which we wouldn't have considered on our own, but the food delicious. We even tried the fermented shark. I liked it! If you go to Reykjavik I would totally recommend that you take this tour on your first night. It's a wonderful way to get comfortable in the city.

Bjarni was the best guide we had in Iceland.he was full of insights into Icelandic life. He was passionate about glaciers waterfalls and the tectonic plates. It was great to meet a man so proud of his country. We felt very safe with Gunnar the driver who gave us a smooth experience all the way. This is a great tour.

Stefan I. was our guide, and what a great guide he was! We dove into the stories and weird magic deeply ingrained in Icelandic culture, all with many laughs along the way.
Would do it again just to hang with Sefan!

We did the “Lava Cave and Geothermal” excursion, and for the most part it was great. The guide Albert is good and has a specialization in the history of Iceland. The lava cave guide, Gareth, was an amazing guide. The geothermal spa has a cold plunge, large hot pools (38*C) and amazing views of the snowy mountains if you go during the winter. I would give it a 5 star, but I feel like these Reykjavik Excursion tours lack a personal touch and sense of excitement that I got from other companies in the area. I can’t say great things about all the excursions from this company, but this one is a fantastic day if you decide to do it!

Cannot recommend this tour enough. Einar was a brilliant tour guide full of great knowledge, good spirit, and very patient. I had the best time, and the sights were unbelievable. There was plenty of time for everything, and nothing ever felt rushed or too much.
It was well organised all in all by the company, although only downside was the even though I told them my location pick up, it wasn't until I got in touch the day before to confirm that they told me they had to pick me up from somewhere else. Not sure if or when they'd have let me know that, but when I did get in touch they were fast to respond, and clear in their instructions.

Luca provided us with a wonderful, intimate tour of Reykjavik. He is extremely knowledgeable and interesting to speak with. On the tour, we walked through the various neighborhoods of Reykjavik and learned about the city; its history, architecture, politics, culture, art, and people. He also took us to little-known places that were an absolute treasure to explore. Luca is an outstanding guide and we highly recommend this tour. It was a terrific way to start our incredible vacation in Iceland.

This was an excellent tour. Everything was very easy in terms of pickup and getting on our way. There are several pickup locations in Reykjavik which seem to be universal and make it simple to get hooked up on your tour. All seem to be close to the common hotels. We were picked up at the stop next to our hotel and then to the tour terminal. We departed from there.

Our guide Dylan was super. His narration included the Iceland's history, geology, folklore, weather and he answered any questions asked on the tour. He was really knowledgeable. I liked his sense of humor and his willingness to try to adjust our day based on the weather and what would work best. Dylan kept us on time.

We stoped at two of the biggest, most famous waterfalls (the names are in tour description and are too long to spell out right now) but also saw many not the route. We also stopped at the black sand beach (beautiful) and a glacier. The best part was the second waterfall which you can walk behind - but be warned, you will get very wet- bring a rain poncho. Amazing and beautiful.

I recommend this tour. If you go, know it is a long day. I would not book on the same day as a northern lights tour. Also, have a good jacket and a rain poncho for the waterfall. My husband wore jeans over his thermals. I wore waterproof pants (also with thermals) and my coat. By the end of the day, we both all a bit soggy, so was most of our tour group. But the beauty was well worth the discomfort.
