This is clearly one of the best sand beaches by the Sea in Sweden. We had a wonderful time, we were far from alone but all other people around us kept social distance. It is a long beautiful sand beach which is excellent for walking, enjoying the sun and salty refreshing water, and offers good services both at the beach, in the coastal road behind the beach, and nearby.Written 9 August 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. He collected cars at an impressive rate, but mainly American cars (there are a few Volvos too). After Svedino, no new additions seems to have been made making the museum quite static and “fixed” which from a car museum point of view is quite boring to me. The airplane collection is better due to the fact that he managed to collect many of the Swedish airplanes with some extra stuff around. However, even here, the museum lacks directions. He collected what he could get his hand on, no plan. While many of the vehicles still are functional, no care seems to have been taken to the interiors of them. They are “shells” with an interior that doesn’t match the outside. Still, I liked the museum for a one time visit. The stories around each vehicle, displayed in front of them are fun and interesting and paint a picture of an man with a burning passion for old cars and airplanes. So if you are into American cars between 1900-1960-ish, then this will be interesting for you. Otherwise manybe not so much.Written 10 August 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Driton MVlore, Albania122 contributionsRight in the heart of Falkenberg, you can take this walk and watch fishermen walk around the river hunting for rare Salmon catches, listen to birdsong all the way around, or why not watch and feed the ducks or visit the sheep in the "minizoo" in Vallarna across the city, enjoy, the walk takes roughly 40 minutes- 1h.Written 19 June 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Borje L25 contributionsWe have a summer house outside Falkenberg so I have visited Klitterbadet a lot. It's really good for swimming - 50m pool with salt water and usually not too many people so you may even get your own lane. There is also a small pool for children and a mid size pool with warmer fresh water, but it is not alway open for the public as it's used also for people with disabilities. There is also a steam room and a sauna, but I usually don't use them. There is also a decent gym. They have a small room with spinning classes. I mostly go there to swim as there is a better gym in town (Gamla Stans gym).Written 2 January 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
