Tivoli Gardens
#1 of 49 Nature & Parks in Copenhagen
Lovely balance of rides to suit all ages, amazing gardens with a beautiful array of tulips in full bloom at this time of year, wide variety of eating places as well as areas just to sit and enjoy this beautiful park.
A stroll in the park will most certainly conjure vivid memories of sections and passages from Hans Christian Anderson’s notable and outstanding fairy tales.

Frederiksberg Have

You may also want to take the boat tour from the boathouse, a very relaxing and peaceful one hour tour with your own boatman, who also acts as a guide, providing a very keen insight on the history of the park.
This park is beautiful to walk around - through hills and forests and waterfalls and small lakes plus walking by the palace it is stunning, even on a rainy way!

Amager Strandpark

It is a very beautiful park on the sand of the beach, and here you can walk with the family some kilometres, see the amazing views of the sea and the Øresund bridge, relax and enjoy the moment.
I visited the park for a sunset view and was not disappointed.

Kongens Have
#7 of 49 Nature & Parks in Copenhagen
The park has a kind of geometric feel, with trees, hedges, and plants arranged in patterns - gives a really beautiful, stunning effect.
Perfect for a picnic or for kids to run around, or just to enjoy the tranquility of nature away from the city.

Copenhagen ZOO Frederiksberg
#8 of 49 Nature & Parks in Copenhagen
... animals as expected are well looked after, Zoo is centrally located which is why Copenhagen is one of the best places in the world!!! everything is in the center, Zoos historical places, amusement parks shopping!
The zoo is well integrated into the city so, depending on the time and the day you may find some trouble to park nearby the zoo, however, it is possible to park in one of the closeby neighborhoods for free.

Den Bla Planet, National Aquarium Denmark
#9 of 49 Nature & Parks in Copenhagen
This aquarium definitely has a large variety of species and we were mesmerized looking at the wonder of nature at all three sections.
Being from the west coast, we're used to aquariums and sea themed parks and museums, but this place was really neat.

It is a beautiful, lush park where you'll see lakes, fountains, bridges, gardens, statues, locals jogging, children playing, and tourists (like me) snapping photos incessantly.
The park is small but has a charm with the blooming trees, small lake, flowers and the adorable dogs on walks with their owners.

The bulk of the park is expansive flat grassland with a few wooded areas, a cafe and a lake.
Amaliehaven
#13 of 49 Nature & Parks in Copenhagen
What is interesting in this park they are located four columns and fountain sculptured by Italian artist Arnaldo Pomodoro which look like parts of set design for sci-fi film.
The flora in the park was also very good.
Churchillparken
#14 of 49 Nature & Parks in Copenhagen
In this park is also located, in my opinion, the most beautiful and incredible depictions of Valkyrie (supernatural being known from Norse mythology) which was sculpted by Norwegian-Danish sculptor Stephan Sinding.
This beautiful, green park commemorates Winston Churchill and his role in the liberation of Denmark in the World War II.
