Luvaria Ulisses
#1 of 295 Shopping in Lisbon
(about the dimension of two elevators) You have to watch closely or you will miss it....except now there is usually a line thanks to the recent feature on the shop in Travel and Leisure magazine.
Inside, the softest cashmere envelopes each finger; outside, buttery leather gleams on the hand.

When in Lisbon be sure to visit the Thieves' Market where you can find everything from local crafts such as cork goods (so much cheaper than in the shops) to bric-a-brac and collectables.
It is a sprawling market full of interesting items, from cheap DVDs and second hand clothes/shoes, to coins, vintage items, old cameras, vinyl records, decor, keys and brass doorknockers and handles.
