We love every minute of our time at the school...from the warm welcome to the lessons, delicious meals, wine, truffle hunt and lunch, tours of the surrounding towns (Lucca, Pietrasanta, Viareggio, and San Gimignano).
Classes are led by Sandra or one of her staff who are all very accomplished in preparing such delectables as gnocchi, homemade pasta, risotto, breads, biscotti, sauces, tiramisu and so much more.
