For nature lovers the Riserva Naturale is fantastique, wonderful views in the mountains, also to the sea, many gorges, like canyon; you must have good footingshoes, water, and your phone.
I'd suggest planning to spend a whole day in the park, and definitely bring shoes for the trekking, lunch, and a lot of water.
