- WilBoblingen, Germany6 contributionsA bit expensive, but it's as fresh as it gets. A couple of the meat stands make their own sausages and other items.Written 3 September 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - AlkaVeldhoven, The Netherlands93 contributionsNice square in historic centre of castellon. Bordered by lovely buildings -De Mercat, Fadri tower, and church of Santa Maria. If you are here at 12noon a limited number of people are allowed to climb up Fadri tower. The church is nice inside. - WilBoblingen, Germany6 contributionsLots of beach here! And, lots of locals who relax all day here during the vacation months from June to September. Be forewarned, if you're really conservative, that this is a traditional local beach where women don't have a problem being topless or sometimes nude.Written 3 September 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - UnservedCustomerCastellón de la Plana, Spain8 contributionsA nice and very characteristic small park in the centre of the city. Children playing and elderly having a rest. I cannot stop thinking this park is for Castellon, what the Central Park is for NY.Written 3 September 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - permiaIreland66 076 contributionsA great museum with a long history. Established in 1845 which makes it one of the oldest in the Valencian region. Its current location was unveiled in 2001.
Permanent and Temporary exhibits are absorbing over a number of floors in the voluminous building.

- Ian SWigan147 contributionsWe visited Castellon on Monday 7th October, 2019, and were transported by coach to the City from our cruise liner. The journey was not too picturesque as we passed the container Port and mountains of building materials. However when we arrived in the City it was quite interesting. In the main square is the Cathedral. It's a neo-gothic building in baroque style. It's another wonderful piece of architecture. The artwork is quite modern with some lovely stained glass windows.. The Cathedral is in pretty good shape as it was badly damaged during the the Spanish Civil War. It's a quiet and peaceful building and appears to be well maintained. The is no entrance charge. Worth a visit if you are in the area.Written 17 October 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Michael DLeuven, Belgium269 contributionsNot sure why but our teens have lived the place. Lounge type of garden with a central bar they flashed on it. It's a good place to sit down enjoy a drink and next to a beautiful building. Inside is also very impressive.Written 22 July 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
