We have teenage children, so we splurged, and got the family the Players' Experience Tour, which I highly recommend. Yes, it's much more expensive, but you get better access, you get to see a lot more, and, obviously, the guided tour is fantastic. If you're already going to pay to get into the stadium and museum, the extra money for the Players' Experience seems worth it. Most specifically, if your kids care about the best pictures to post to social media, the Experience tour gets you all the way to field level, and those pictures are amazing.
I will add two side notes: First, if you're going to do the Players' Experience, you MUST get your tickets ahead of time, and understand you are getting a ticket for a specific tour at a specific time. We saw someone show up an hour late, and they were out of luck. Regardless, picking your time and buying the tickets ahead of time could not have been easier. Second, do NOT waste your money on the Robokeeper. I bought the tickets for this for both my kids, but they were ultimately unable to do it. Specifically, the gentleman in charge was not being diligent about checking tickets, and was allowing people to "buy" their shots on goal on the spot, which really screwed people who had reserved tickets.
Again, if you or your family love international soccer/futbol, and you care about FC Barcelona, the Camp Nou stadium tour is fantastic, and highly recommended. Again, I will say, I think the Players' Experience tour is the way to go.
