... be put off worth every penny,we spend 2 hours here in this paradise, the weather was good which helps, this involves a bit of climbing (steps) but is worth it to see the views of the waterfalls and small lakes
Magical, must-see natural and historical site!

Many different architectural styles in this cathedral which was built on the site of of the old Roman forum.
We like historical sites, and we enjoyed walking around this church.

The views of the basilica are outstanding, the place is great to have a walk and enjoy the day.

Palacio de la Aljaferia
#5 of 150 Sights & Landmarks in Zaragoza
Another of Zaragoza’s architectural treasures, this unique fortified castle-Palace is a UNESCO World Heritage site and an outstanding example of Mudejar architecture in Northern Spain.
Travel sites don’t seem to lavish much praise on this palace, even though it is one of Spain's three greatest Moorish palaces (along with Córdoba's Mezquita and Granada's Alhambra).

Although the Basilica itself is absolutely stunning and humbling, spend the 3 Euros for the lift: incredible views of the city, river and mountains
It gives you a spectacular view of the city and the Basilica itself and provides a great perspective.

Spent a rainy, windy afternoon walking around Zaragoza and this bridge with the 2 lions guarding it has very nice views of the giant Cathedral, great place to take photos.

The site has now been protected and you have to buy a ticket from the local tourist board.
It is possible to wander all over the site but some of the ruins are dangerous.
