There is a great Playground for Childs in all oldersWritten 15 December 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Nils JHamburg, Germany103 contributionsIndoor playgrounds are great for kids on a rainy day. We have been to several other places with our kids before coming here. The concept is pretty much the same. Entrance was surprisingly cheap, but it did not include some of the attractions like the mini cars.
The indoor playground is not very big compared to others which gave us about two hours until the kids were bored of the place.Written 3 January 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Even the sauna had a lot young children running round. As a result it wasn’t really relaxing at all. And families stayed in the sauna relaxation area the entire time. It was noisy and difficult to find a place to sit.
I was able to visit two different saunas. It was almost unbearable with extreme heat. Another patron told us that due to Corona, the temperature had to be increased 80-90 degrees. It would have been helpful to know this information. Management should communicate this to visitors. The showers, saunas, and common areas were clean.
If you just want to get in some sauna time this is a suitable place. But if you’re looking for relaxation, don’t bother going.Written 16 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Please do not charge £3.50 (plus deposit which will be returned) for a towel. This is ridiculous.
Please offer tap water for free or please provide water dispensers. I haven't seen anywhere in the world a spa/sauna without free water!! It is important that people drink water (especially when they go to the sauna). Furthermore it's for the carbon footprint. Most people brought their own water in plastic bottles. This can be avoided. Please consider the environment.
Why don't you offer an option just to use the sauna (instead of the entire water complex which people without kids do not want to go to).
It would be good to have some english descriptions. Especially please warn foreigners (that aren't used to the German sauna-culture) that there are certain rules that they might not be comfortable with.
The changing room in the sauna area is a disgrace. Terrible!!! If you spent EUR 5 or the entrance, that would be acceptable, but not for what you are charging.
Please train your staff better in speaking English. And a smile wouldn't do any harm too!
Not even shower gel in the showers, no comfort whatsoever.
The water was too cold!!!
Some hot tubs/jacuzzis outside would be nice.
The resting room with the waterbeds could be a lot warmer and some quiet spa music would be nice.
A lot to be done!!! However, the Panorama sauna, Finnish sauna and Eucalyptus sauna were nice.Written 28 November 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Older children will want to go around again.
There is a slide park nearby which is a mission to get to the top so be in shape (lol). There is also a crazy golf course nearby, a trampoline park and some air rifle shooting available as well.Written 17 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The layout is also based on a story. 10/10 would recommend.Written 28 July 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Peter GHelsingborg, Sweden25 contributionsFor adults and teens, the water park basically has one swimming pool, one water slide and one jacuzzi. There are some other pools but they are for small children only.
There are also some areas where you can sit and gay a massage with bubbles but that is in the main pool and not with hot water.
The place is a bit worn down but works. Not great.Written 28 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I love it.Written 2 July 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- JMGenevaGeneva, Switzerland1Â 962 contributionsThe sauanland in these thermen is quite reduced with only 3 saunas and one steam bath but there is also a swimming pool and a large garden to enjoy the sun. Enough space to relay and a small bar/restaurant are also available Nothing really special but efficient, not expensive and clean.Written 6 August 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - jylimSingapore26 contributions2nd time indoor, not crowded inside but counter ticket is crowded after half an hour of the opening hours. A little lost still. The offer for non skier is only a tube ride, this is at the side without the ski chair lift. So not so fun if u like the ski chair lift to the top. Children have to pull and drag quite a heavy tube on their own uphill. The learner area has the automated rope to literally pull beginner to a mild slope. In general good place to spend energyWritten 3 December 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
