- Sandra BRichmond-upon-Thames, UK220 contributionsWe didn`t know, what to expect, but we were very lucky with weather and everything. It is an amazning setting. The bears are all rescues and were `damaged`in one way or another, but we took our time to see the bears and get to know their backround and history. Just make you think, why ppl are so distustingly cruel to animals. - Johan C10 contributionsAt first we found the entrance fee to be a bit steep (over €9) per adult. However, when we came in we found that they have a small amusement park and most of the attractions was included in the entrance. We spent much more time than we thought initially and in the end it was a fair price.

We have been to several other places with our kids before coming here. The concept is pretty much the same. Entrance was surprisingly cheap, but it did not include some of the attractions like the mini cars.

ALL Erlebnis showers are broken and do not function for what they were designed. Jacuzzis in the main pool were cold and the jets did not function but the jet from the floor. The beach chairs were not maintained and the general appearance started to look dirty.
