The show starts at 9 but try to get there a half hour early (or more) because it’s a small venue and seats get filled fast.
Doors open at 8:15 and the show starts at 9 however get there as early as possible as we arrived at 8:30 and there were barely any seats left!

Our bus tour group had a thoroughly delightful evening at the Merry Ploughboy Pub where we were entertained by the Merry Ploughboy Irish singers who used to tour the world with their shows.

I have been to lots of these shows with family and friends, but this one was excellent and had a much more intimate feel to it.
The whole event is very well-run and I thought the dinner/show ticket was a steal!

This production by the Abbey's own theatre production company was very entertaining, fabulous acting and I loved the introduction of music to James Joyce's masterpiece.
