Family of 4 took to the water for a kayaking lesson. Weather was absolutely dreadful which was a shame as my youngest (10 yo) was freezing by the end of the session. That was the only negative thing we will say. Otherwise we all had a lot of fun and Calum kept us entertained with games and activities for the full session. Would highly recommend and you don’t have to be particularly fit to have a good try at kayaking. Excellent idea for a gift voucher too!

My kids have been on West End Adventures' summer camp, and my daughter has chosen to celebrate her birthday there with her class.
The kids did like the sessions indeed, having a lot of fun SUP-surfing, climbing, kindling fire, hillwalking and much more. The guides were very friendly and helping, the kids felt comfortable and engaged, even despite knowing very little English at the time.
And we as parents were happy to see the kids happy and healthy after a full day outdoors.

Had an excellent morning with Phil guiding us down through the Devil's Pulpit, wading, swimming, jumping and sliding. Great fun!

I was fortunate to have my summer holidays at the time when this course was running as I had been after getting on it for a while.

This was over and above what I had been after and it was well worth the drive from County Durham to attend it. I always try to have my First Aid qualifications awarded by ITC as they have a high standard of content and this course was no exception.

Over the 3 day period my First Aid knowledge increased dramatically. Andy the instructor is extremely knowledgeable and passed on as much information as possible. Also he has a good range of equipment which really enhances your learning such as the QCPR manikins.

Andy is a great instructor who makes everyone at ease, also the other students where great to get on with and we all mucked in to make what was really an intense course, fun. It was one of the hottest summers Glasgow has seen but the location was excellent with great facilities.

If you go on the course and have to stay overnight, try and get accommodation near the training centre. But thank you Andy for what was a great three days.
