- TheShisTel Aviv, Israel42Â 755 contributionsThe university of Glasgow is a beautiful place to visit, as it is architecturally stunning.
That, of course, does not mean it's a good place to study at.Written 30 July 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Some architecture does look rudimentary especially Livingstone Tower.Written 15 March 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Teagan GEast Kilbride, UK32 contributionsVisited this weekend for Glasgow open doors and found the place fascinating. Our tour guide was great and had plenty of knowledge about the building and obviously Islam itself, unfortunately one of the people on the tour was a bit rude with the questions he asked but our guide was extremely patient with him and done himself proud. Everyone was very nice and welcoming would love to come again.Written 22 September 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - sharon ccumnck52 contributionsThe campus is very clean and situated not far from all public transportation links. Has a really good restaurant on site along with many smaller coffee shops. Extensive library facilities with staff willing and able to assist, signposting fantastic to all buildings. Parking in city at reduced rates if you validate ticket on campus.Written 10 October 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - bdenhowGlasgow, UK305 contributionsThis A listed red sandstone building is visible above the roads accessing the M8 from Townhead and is a beautiful early Mackintosh building now used by Glasgow Social work. It is not easily found by road being at the top of a large cul de sac, but parking is nearby and you may be able to get into it, though it doesnt cater for the public.Written 24 June 2013This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - DoctorZaiusLong Beach, CA15 contributionsGet ready to see the world through masks and puppets. Another reviewer used the term enchanted, I agree. Enchanting is the best way to describe the experience. We got to hear stories from Malcolm and Sarah about the puppets and masks on display and the art of puppetry. Wonderful. We left feeling like we took a trip through time and space.Written 15 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
