A tea experience that will change your idea of tea. Our team expert( so sorry I forgot his name) was amazing. Passionate, informative and entertaining. We loved our experience trying and learning about new tea and the history of tea in a posh and comfortable setting. A must for anyone who drinks warm beverages.

I enjoyed so much at the workshop!! I learned how/where the cacao beans were produced, the science of tempering chocolate, chocolate tasting from about 10 different regions of the world. We also made cocoa mass by crushing and heating the beans and chocolate bars with lovely toppings. All in one and a half hours!! The session was well organised and we all had a wonderful time. Thank you so much!!!

I took my 10 year old to the Melt Bonbon experience as a special treat. Igor, our host was wonderful, so knowledgable and thoughtful. It was comparable to a wine tasting in the way we were guided through the nuances and complexity of chocolate tasting. We were lead through the history and geography of chocolate. It was fact filled but fascinating and never too much. The mix of knowledge, tasting and making was perfect.
Igor encouraged us to work as a team as we decorated our bonbons. We were both so proud to take our beautiful boxes of handmade chocolates home. The workshop setting felt very deluxe, with a marble table top and lovely wooden tumblers and pinch pots. I
really treasured this special experience and recommend it to anyone who enjoys eating chocolate! Thank you Igor.

Such a great experience. Pan is very welcoming and great at explaining all of the traditional Chinese techniques! Her recipes are so delicious and we made so many dumplings. We even had enough to take home with us! Pan also served us with traditional Chinese tea throughout the session. We would definitely go again.

The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. There was a good balance between baking, tasting and learning, Igor knows his stuff. Most importantly the brownies produced were delicious.

Great experience and a delicious dinner. Maybe more of a cooking demonstration than an actual class but I got a lot of cooking tips and really enjoyed chatting with Jemima and her husband about cooking, food culture and other things. A well spent evening that I can certainly recommend for those interested in Indian cooking or even just for the experience to visit a home and talk to friendly, easy-going locals! It's a little outside central London but easy to get to by local train.

My family just got back from a week long multi-generational trip to London. The highlight of the trip was cooking with Simon and his wife Nikki. Such a unique experience to see Borough Market through Simon's eyes and then cooking with him was next level. My children, both of whom love to cook, were captivated learning what to do to make our delicious dinner. (They are expert parsley choppers now!) I recommend this experience to anyone looking to get an insider's perspective of the London restaurant scene and wants to learn some new skills.

Our chocolatier was knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. I booked the bon bon making class to learn about one of my favorite sweet treats and it was nothing short of informative decadent goodness. You will not only get hands on application but also educational opportunity to learn how chocolate is made from cacao. We tried 100% dark chocolate to white chocolate and everything in between savoring each bite.

Wonderful experience learning about chocolate and making chocolate with Chef Igor. The quality of the ingredients were top notch, and oh so delicious. A fun activity to do by oneself or with other adults.

Serhat is tremendously knowledgeable about wine. I attended various wine tastings he hosted and enjoyed the wines, the other guests and the expansive hosting. I encountered several wines which remain firm favourites to this day. I have no hesitation in recommending Serhat as a host for wine tastings, as a consultant for your wine cellar or as your guide on a wine trip.

Very informative hands on experience. We learnt a lot, not only about making pasta, but about buying pasta in the supermarket. Very eye opening. Also the sauce that we made for the pasta was completely different from anything we’d ever tasted before.
