We stayed overnight at the cabin. There is a nice jacuzzi to enjoy at night while star gazing ,saw some huge beautiful stars at night. The reserve has plenty of animals we saw lions and rhino, zebra, bucks ,wild dogs, vultures and lots of other animals.Hearing the lions roaring in the early hours of the morning was the highlight of my stay.My son enjoyed the snake show.

Great visit to add onto the lion and rhino park. We had an excellent guide Alex, who did a great job. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. Alex organised and showed us this awesome living cave.
Highly recommended to end your day.

What a lovely spot and definitely worth a visit. It's was a dry when we were there and I'd go when it's more Spring months next time.

I'd also give it about 4 hours to get through and I'd do a lunch there maybe inbetween.

Lovely sculptures, lovely grounds, lovely day visit!

    Worth a visit for sure!

I booked a horse trail ride with SA Horseback Safaris (Karen 078 595 5444) with a foreign friend and we had a great time. There were novice riders in our group and their capabilities set the pace etc. Safety first! So no riding in the lion enclosure. We saw giraffe, gemsbok, springbok and lots of other bucks from nearby. After the ride we witnessed the feeding of the very impressive lions 2 meters from the car; this is included in the price (R80 reserve ticket and R 350 for the horse ride). Absolutely worth the drive to Krugersdorp. When we got home the souvenir-pictures Karen took were already on my WhatsApp!

So informative touring these caves. Make sure you wear comfortable, that you would use for sport. My wife and I went down with our parents in their 70s - challenging, but they made it - my dad is a history buff so he loved it.
