Solitude and connecting to nature in an eco friendly and tastefully decorated and well designed chalet - a real gem in Cape Nature portfolio and offers so much to do from hiking, rafting, mtb or just restoring

Our best wine tasting experience. The lady whom explained the wines was truly phenomenal. The food is also amazing, the chef came out to show us the cut of chips for the kids and that made the experience even more special. We highly recommend the winery.

Brilliant wine tasting and food experience with outstanding views.
What a treat Waterkloof was. The tasting room is sublimely decorated and the view from the deck was excellent. We each had the very reasonably priced 6 wine tasting menu with a shared platter which all came to a little on R450.
Our server, Kudzai was outstanding. She was the perfect blend of attentive without being annoying. She seemed to appear with a fresh bottle at exactly the right time. She is an absolute asset

A wonderfully long, white sanded beach. Lovely to see the horses going for out-rides there too. The water is pretty cold though

Such a great experience. A beautiful museum Wel looked after. Lots of fascinating details and a reminder why we must never forget crimes of the past. Helpful, insightful staff.

Lovely venue, friendly staff superb production.

    Ovations serves tasty light meals.

Our only complaint is that we phoned at least 10 times to try book a table for the night we went to see Shirley Valentine not once was the phone answered and each time t went to a dated voicemail recording that said to call back once the Theatre re-opened for performance due to Covid.

Please sort it out. Only gave you 4 Stars because of the phone not been answered and the dated voice message.

We had the best tour guide and the information he provided was so informative, exciting and educational. The presentation was captivating and transported us back to the time when the first heart transplant was performed. The amazing museum exhibits added to this. It's a must when visiting Cape Town!

For R20 entrance we had a lovely trek around Tygerberg Nature Reserve. Lots of flowers this time of the year.
Parts fairly steep but otherwise easy going. Lovely views of table mountain (if it’s not cloudy).
Lots of people around so very safe.
We did Ukhetshe, Watsonia and Tortoise (to avoid steep climb at end) and total distance was 6km.

Not only the history of diamonds, but also the master pieces by Shimansky - you’re a true masters of diamonds :) Although I could not afford any purchase, it was the best place with diamonds I’ve ever visited - PURE PLEASURE !
