Wonderful experience, all around! Covered natural and man-made ancient wonders! Our tour guide, Ivan Pimienta, was great - courteous, knowledgeable, and shared his beautiful perspective of history, culture, and the environment. He was great with the adults and also with our daughters (9 and 12 years old). His associate/driver, Mr. Frank, was also kind and patient.
The tour covers ancient Mayan ruins with a guided tour, swimming through cenotes (caves) and then off the beach with turtles (the latter 2 are manageable but mildly taxing activities).
Ivan P. made the entire day really superb!

We were picked up right on time at our resort. Eric was our guide. He was great! He was very informative, knowledgeable and easy going. Our driver was a good driver. (Can’t remember his name) The Tulum Ruins were very interesting. Eric spoke fluent English, which we were very happy because we do not speak any Spanish. We learned a lot from him. Next stop was swimming with turtles. We had time to change into swimwear. They provided a snorkel and a mask. We loaded into a boat and had a short boat ride. Eric gave lessons on how to wear and operate your gear, if you have never been snorkeling. We had a photographer who took beautiful photos. (Can’t remember her name). We saw many fish, a sting ray and several turtles. The water was crystal clear, warm and calm on our sunny day. Next, we collected our belongings and loaded back into the van for a short drive to the Cenote. The Cenote was incredible! Perfect timing at all 3 tours. It made for a great day. I recommend bringing a waterproof phone bag and water shoes. Take pictures and have fun. We sure did!

The day was great. Our tour guide and driver were fantastic. Very accommodating to my husband to has a broken foot. Only bad thing in my eyes was that the photographer who was good but took more pictures of the group of three or more and very few of myself or husband

Cesar was very a knowledgeable tour guide and very caring and friendly to the guests. He was very thoughtful and would asked us if we would like to know more about certain subject before he gave us an elaborate lesson on the subject matter. He was respectful of our time and choices, would give us options - if we want to hear more history, he would provide us, but if we wanted free time, he would let us enjoy the sights alone. We could tell that he truly cares about the natural conservation and the environment from the ways he explains the history and ecological system of the Cenote to us. He mentioned he wants to be a history professor and we truly believe that he would be a great one.

My partner unfortunately started to feel very sick in the stomach towards the end of the morning Chichén Itza portion of the tour, and finally he decided that he could not continue on the remainder of the tour (lunch at Valladolid and Cenote). Cesar made sure that we were taken care of, and cared about our safety since we were very far away from our hotel at that time - from ensuring we would be able to take our lunch to go, recommending what my partner could do for his stomach sickness, and also made sure a taxi service was in order to send us back to our hotel. He stayed with us the entire time until our taxi arrived to pick us up.

This tour was the highlight of our trip. Our first stop was the tulum archeological site. We arrived early before most of the tour groups which was great. It was uncrowded and we could take our time and clearly see everything. Our guide Jose was incredibly knowledgeable about the site. He taught us a lot about Mayan history and many facts about the culture. He also knew all the best spots to take photos and offered to take photos for us so we could all be in the pictures. Our next stop was an underground cenote. It was beyond beautiful! Again Jose taught us a lot about how the cave was formed and the cultural significance of cenotes. He shows us how to snorkel and led us on a wonderful tour through the cenote. He showed us all the best photo spots and took many pictures for us. The last stop on the tour was an open cenote. This one has platforms for jumping off of into the water. It was spectacular! I could’ve stayed all day. He took video of all of us jumping off the platform and took many more photos. He never rushed us at any of the stops and we were free to enjoy them all as long as we liked. When we left he recommended a taco shop for lunch and of course we went! The food was amazing. I’m so glad we booked this tour and glad Jose was our guide! Would highly recommend doing a tour with him! Thank you Jose for a wonderful day!

A little disorganized as you arrive and get your wrist band and wait to get on the catamaran….but it’s smooth sailing after that! I recommend the ‘long’ snorkeling trip to the coral. We saw sting rays, a turtle and lots of fish. Had a quick play on the SUP then enjoyed lunch. Drinks were flowing after that. Your cup never had a chance to become empty before a fresh drink was in your hand. Sailing on the way back was smooth and an awesome finish to the trip. Highly recommend! Zero idea how to get any of the photos they took as you were quickly escorted back to waiting vans.

We loved this experience! The whole activity was very well organised, with kind guides and without any pushy salesmen.
The zip lines are great fun and are all a bit different from each other. The cenote was a great surprise - you really get to explore it and learn more about the meaning of cenotes for the Mayans.
The ATVs were fun, probably a bit too slow for adrenaline-seekers.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our excursion in Tulum. Mary was our tour guide and we had a great experience. We had a very informational tour of the Myan ruins, stopped for authentic Mexican tacos, and went swimming in a cenote! Tacos were not included in the price but were recommended by the tour guide and they were amazing! Transportation was great and we enjoyed our day. Would definitely recommend it!

Long day but well worth it. Gabriel and Antonio were great. We learned so much and laughed a lot. Gabriel was a bright light of joy! Would recommend him again and again!
The restaurant we stopped at for lunch before Cabo was delicious and the family working there were kind and wonderful.

We are SO glad we booked this experience. Lily was delightful! We felt very welcome in her home and her personality kept us laughing. Her family members were also very welcoming. We not only learned how to make yummy, authentic food, but we got an education in her culture as well. It was fun to meet and mingle with the other members of the group also. One of the highlights of our trip!

    Great:
-guide Gama with excellent energy, storytelling, spoken English and Spanish, and sharing his Mayan culture. He’s a gem
    -good-natures guides David and Beyson
    -coordination between guides
-the sites and people visited (Tulum, Cobá, cenotes, the shaman) were remarkable and unforgettable
-the comfort and cleanliness of the large tour bus and safe driving of Juan

    Definitely recommend this tour!!

    That said…
    Needs improvement:
-we booked and then didn’t receive immediate information about when and where we would be picked up and what to bring, nor did we receive a message saying when we’d get that info. It came the afternoon/evening before the tour
-we tried contacting the tour company about this four different ways (phone, TripAdvisor message, email, WhatsApp) before we heard back from anyone
-“lunch” wasn’t available until 3pm and water wasn’t offered. Bring snacks and water in non-PET / non-disposable bottles. Can buy food or water at most sites but time is limited
-bus arrived late in the morning and took a long time doing pickups. A few hours from scheduled consolidated Playa del Carmen departure to arrival at first stop, Tulum
-tour was advertised as being in a van w 10-12 people, but we were in a huge tour bus w three guides for three language groups
-each person must pay $25 additional for Tulum and cenotes entrance, in cash. So really this is not an $85 tour, it’s $110
