Super friendly and helpful. Had a chance to meet and talk with the wife/designer/manager/owner and just a lovely experience. They showed me the work area where their jewelry is designed and made.

Customer Service was great but the bangle lost a diamond within 2 months. However, CS to repair was quick and efficient.

I cannot express enough how absolutely blown away I am with not only the quality of stunning pieces that Sergio has but also the level of customer service. When you walk in it’s like being greeted by an old friend. It was my husband and I’s first time shopping in Cozumel and we were aware how risky the shopping can be sometimes. I have never felt more comfortable shopping for jewelry in my entire life. I was spoilt for choice, I practically wanted to purchase the entire store. Not to mention, Sergio really cares about his customers and almost every single piece in his shop is unique and one of a kind. I purchased a gold and sapphire ring as well as a silver bracelet. The prices are fair and the quality is unmatched. I cannot wait to continue to grow my collection of Sergio silver! Stop by if you get the chance. You will not regret it.

I have visited this place many times over the last 20 years. The pottery, Jewelry, and clothing is always a great variety with high quality items for sale. I always start my shopping in Cozumel here.

The clothing is lightweight cotton and when I first bought (2022) i guessed for $35 it may have limited time use. Well here we in 2024 and the light sweater keeps on going I wash /wear frequently and it never losrs shape and cotton lace is still intact st the cuffs. Today I bought 2 more pieces in St. Kitts.

I’m seeing all the bad reviews and I’m wondering if I got scammed. For one thing, I was told $400 for all of the tequila and neat bottles. He told me about the Mexican exchange rate. Well, I was actually charged $436. Well, not that big of a deal. But I was told this was aged 32 years in a pappy van winkle barrel and that’s why it was so smooth. Well, I got home and cracked open one of the bottles and now I’m hindsight perhaps this is some cheap swill masked with a lot of that Mexican vanilla. Two shots down and I don’t feel like I had two shots. Now, I’m not a heavy drinker so I may be wrong but it sure seems like perhaps I was sold bottom shelf stuff masked with sugar.

I splurged a bit for my birthday when in Cozumel. It’s a green garnet with white sapphires set in Mexican silver. We found the best little shop called Deja vú Cozumel leather & jewelry. The proprietor/silversmith was incredibly friendly and makes absolutely lovely jewelry. He has many to choose from but also willl make you a custom piece. It’s a family owned business which also features hand made leather and art. If you’re ever in Cozumel you should stop and and take a look. If we go back I will be a repeat customer! They were also featured in an article as one of the top 10 places to shop for locally made items in Cozumel!

My wife loves dolphins. I was looking for a present for her to bring back home. After going through whole bunch of stores, I fell in love with a small silver set: little dolphins with small black pearls. Price was very reasonable. And the sales lady was super patient, she helped me look for the right thing, did not push for a sale. Wonderful.

Was so excited to buy boots in Mexico since that is where many of the really good ones are made. I only buy real leather boots. Make sure you talk these guys down. They give you a ridiculous price, saying the boot goes for $400-600 but "for you" 200. I purchased a pair of Circle G boots by Corral. They feel great. I have worn them only twice so far. I ended up getting them for $160. I see many Circle G boots on the internet for less but I have not been able to find the exact pair I purchased. So have your smart phone handy to look up the brand and prices. Easy sites to check are amazon and 6pm.com or just search the brand name.
Also, they don't worry about fitting you. I had two other pairs on that were too tight. He kept saying they would stretch which leather often does. But what bothered me is that he didn't even touch the boot with my foot in it to check the size. I had a Frye pair of boots that never did the "so called" stretching and I could never comfortably wear them. I even took them to a "cobbler" but he could only stretch so far. So make sure that they don't talk you into a really tight pair of boots.
