- Linda R5 contributionsThe art exhibition left a lot to be desired - 'Y' fronts lamp shade, coffee table with legs sitting in fire buckets, thoughts of the 'Emperors New Clothes sprang to mind!! However l appreciate that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. A really good lunch, friendly and helpful staff. Visited the Farm Shop a good selection of local goods and a good choice of local vegetables. All in all we enjoyed our visit.Written 12 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Pat ANottingham, UK70 contributionsA lovely place to visit - lovely buildings with a remarkable history. Significantly, these old armshouses are still in use today.Written 17 May 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - MicklahUnited Kingdom412 contributionsA wonderful little museum, it's a large room within a building where you can explore the whole history of Bruton. Notable displays are the encased model railway and John Steinbeck's writing desk.
It is free to enter and donations are always grateful but be aware that the museum is only open for a couple of hours on most days as it is run by volunteers.Written 17 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
