The National Pass Blue Mountains National Park
#2 of 54 Sights & Landmarks in Blue Mountains
The full National Pass trail is great, hugging the cliffs as well as passing through the forests, with regular amazing views over the valley - it's fairly easy except for the killer stairs at each end.
In addition to spectacular views, soothing waterfalls, and quiet forests, the circuit is quite tailorable.

A well worth visit ... short walk to the most spectacular lookout ... amazing views, transported to a magical wonderland
When the sky is an intense blue, the warm sun shines, and a slight breeze rustles the tree leaves, then one could gaze in awe for hours at the magnificent 270 degree view from this tiny eyrie.
Hassan's Wall Lithgow
#4 of 54 Sights & Landmarks in Blue Mountains
Hassans Walls has plenty of lookouts which are spectacular and bush tracks to explore nature, the boardwalk extends out over the rocks giving a great 360 degree view.

In the afternoon cars blocked the view of some art so we went again early morning and it was well worth bothering.
Pulpit Rock Lookout Blue Mountains National Park
#10 of 54 Sights & Landmarks in Blue Mountains
The lookout itself is easily accessed by a stepped pathway though the bush and the views of the Grose valley both en-route and at the viewing platform are simply stunning.
Despite the vertigo from being 200m above sheer cliffs, the railings are well set and allow for an amazing view across the valley.

Fantastic views over the Jamison Valley, family friend, picnic area and many beautiful bush walks.
This lookout had a real mystical feel for me, with light cloud in the valley below which floated by, revealing the view in glimpses through the mist, with bird song in the background.
Lincoln's Rock Blue Mountains National Park

Easy parking at the well signed Anvil Rock with a gentle scramble to the anvil and fabulous views of the Grose Valley.
The view from the top of the rock is brilliant as it's completely unspoiled for as far as you can see!

Lennox Bridge Blaxland
#19 of 54 Sights & Landmarks in Blue Mountains
It is tucked away, with a one-way very winding descent that gives great views to the passenger.
Sadly tripadvisor doesn't have it on the list of things to do, but the view of the plains and Sydney is just unreal.
Bellbird Hill Lookout Kurrajong Heights
#20 of 54 Sights & Landmarks in Blue Mountains
Just on Bells Line of Road at Kurrajong Heights this lookout is definately worth stopping at to look at the view over Sydney and the surrounding suburbs.

#28 of 54 Sights & Landmarks in Blue Mountains
What a fantastic view, it's a few minutes from the main road and when you step out of the car in the car park the view is truly magnificent.
This particular lookout lends itself to sky fliers of all wind powered aircraft as the uplift at this spot will provide hours of flight and pushes participants almost out of site in no time at all on the right day.
Hargraves Lookout Megalong Valley
#29 of 54 Sights & Landmarks in Blue Mountains
The road is a dirt road so be prepared for that, but the panoramic view is incredible!
Hardly anyone there but breathtaking views.
#30 of 54 Sights & Landmarks in Blue Mountains
Well done to the local council and the folks involved with the preparation of the site - impressive work.
This site was the beginning of the iron and steel industry in Australia.
