- F.LukHong Kong, China54 contributionsThe hike up to the suspension bridge is about an hour, the view on the way up is very scenic. I enjoyed a lot the panoramic valley view from the bridge.Written 21 May 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - F.LukHong Kong, China54 contributionsYou can see the church bell tower from afar and won't miss it. The church is small though very well preserved with beautiful wall paintings. It is worth to make time visiting this church and the graveyard outside of the church which feels very peaceful.Written 21 May 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - DeWolf77Sint-Amands, Belgium584 contributionsGreat to see how people lived here. Many regions and countries have similar musea, but still, there are some particularities that are certainly interesting. And when on holiday, it is definitely worthwhile to explore some of the regional history. This is not just some dead museum though, you can really see, feel and smell that the buildings are genuine, and have been part of the history they are telling. It is also very clear that the people running this small village, are very passionate. Definitely recommended to stop by for an hour or two, and stand still about the past. That is never wrong...Written 31 July 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- easty22Bristol181 contributionsWhat a hotel!!!!! Lets start with the positives, which there are PLENTY.
This is a WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL hotel.
Location, WOOOWWWWWWW
Pools and spas, CLASS
Rooms, woooooowwwwwww. Bed, absolutely unbelievable!!!
Food, superb!
Very clean
A GOOD percentage of the service, EXCELLENT
However, some of the service, Jesus wept NOWHERE NEAR the level of your place. Embarrassing.
I did speak to the hotel about this, but having thought about this for a while, I am prepared to write on here some of the absolutely pathetic and abysmal " service " because of you made me and a friend feel.
Rolling eyes of some of the staff waiting a personal favourite. Guests always right? You must be kidding. Some of the evening service staff clearly DID NOT LIKE THEIR JOB at all, they obviously have favourite guests.
A personal highlight was at breakfast towards the end, when I was quite fed up with various abysmal service and decided to get the stopwatch out, for how long it would take me to receive a cup of coffee.
Now you might think I'm being picky, however it's an expensive hotel, and needs to provide a good service.....
23 minutes later, and after 3/4 staff had seen me sitting there, and decided to serve other people infront of myself, and as an afterthought ' oh would you like a drink? '
Yeah, you are genuinely pathetic as individuals, and no, I do not wish for you to make me a cup of coffee at this point.
I don't think some of these people would benefit from extra training either. I would be VERY CAREFUL with some of the staff you have, because they are absolutely of nowhere near the standard of your hotel.
I can well assure you, that even though they might have thought it was just me who had issue with them, quite a lot of guests I spoke to at dinner, and in the saunas were not remotely impressed with what they were seeing.
I would fully recommend hiring a few new servers, and offloading the lazy troublemakers, who are going to give you a very bad name.Written 5 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The part where you walk through the forest with all the stuffed animals is very nice. The witches house is really interesting.Written 1 August 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Jarda3 contributionsMedium length, but quite demanding in D/E section. A great scenery with big waterfall and view across the valley.Written 23 July 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Flava_In_Ya_EarThe Netherlands50 contributionsEric was my canyoning guide in Innsbruck. It was my first time doing a canyoning tour and it was such an amazing experience that I've shared a lot of stories about back at home.
Eric is very professional and at every stage I felt very safe. I am afraid of heights and through his calm manners he guided me through everything. He is also good spirited with a lot of humour.
Thanks so much, I'm definitely coming back for a 2nd!Written 3 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
