Love it.Written 13 July 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

I did the Lesotho Overnight tour from Durban to Mokhotlong. Had an amazing experience thanks in large part to my guide/driver Mondli who speaks Sesotho. Visited a mountain Basotho village, a traditional healer and chatted with mountain shepherds and local workers. I got the cultural experience I had sought and then some.
I highly recommend this tour, specifically with Mondli, as he is well established and known to the locals. We traveled in a fantastic 4WD vehicle and stayed at the lovely El Paso Guesthouse (great room and restaurant meals).Written 29 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. No electricity or running water. A look into how these people have lived and still live in this remote location. Our guides were very knowledgeable and extremely good drivers as the road up to the top is very challenging. A great day out.Written 18 July 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Margaret Payne13 contributionsWe agree with the previous reviews. Stuart is an exceptional guide. His keen knowledge of where and how to find all of the bird species in his area is remarkable. Thank you Stuart for richly enhancing our experience of the Southern Drakensburg, and in heavy rain and thick mist! We look forward to our next trip with you.Written 11 November 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
