Had a girls day planned as a mini reunion with friends I haven't seen in a while and I have to say the therapists were cordial and pleasant. The set up left a lot to be desired.
No lockers provided to change our clothes so we had to put them in our handbags and leave them in the Sauna as there was no provision to store even bags.
Part of the treatment involved walking on tiles and when we asked for slippers; we were given old used manky slippers. Given the cost of bathroom slippers, this seems like such an easy fix.
The Scrub was so so; neither here nor there, the massage was great and the therapists were very cordial and pleasant.
Would I come back here... not under the current set up.
You can tell the intent is good but delivery falls flat.

A few days after Botox injections there is heavy swelling and bruising around the eyes and forehead. Definitely do not recommend this place. Just thankful for not going blind.

Very bad service!!! so myself & friend had called to book for a session for both of us & was fixed for 2pm. We got here & was told that it wasnt reserved and they were sorry. They tried to fix it and told us to wait for 30mins and will be called on shortly. My friend was called to do her facials first while we wait for massage. Since 2:12pm we got here. This is 4:02pm only for me to ask why have not been called yet and this is the response I got, “Sorry ma but I thought someone had told you that we won’t be able to massage you today! Really? After waiting for 2hrs! And no one even asked if I wanted water or came back to me. I’m never coming here again, It’s my first and last time.
